Gangtok - Darjeeling trip

Travel arrangements were ok. Received us at the airport
Hotel arrangement was very poor in Darjeeling. They had Put in some Hotel where reaching itself was difficult for any vehicle. and the Hotel didn't have water for whole day. and all the bed sheets/blankets all given were very old. We ultimately had to book on our own another hotel. We had requested for at least 3 star and above hotel category. And we had to cut many tourist points due to that and return to Siliguri. Darjeeling itself is very congested town and most of the time you will be stuck in road.

Nothing....falsifier They are falsifier and what they had communicated as per that Hotels and sight seeing was not there...after receiving the money they will not pick the phone...they have drop us on the way to tour...

First of all Thank You so much for Review.
You have called your first word a liar. You should have thought before saying it.
You have said that we didn't get the type of Tour or facility that we had sent the Tours details(Package).
Now I am going it's Explanation >>>
Firstly, your Vehicle was Innova or Xylo but we gave you Innova Crysta(From Pick Up to Till Drop Same Vehicle)
Day 01-Pick up & Transfer to Gangtok
Day 02-Excursion to Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir & Nathulla, which you have Completed.
Day 03-Lachung which couldn't happen because Lachung was completely closed but in return we gave you Gangtok Full Day Sightseeing(Including Rumtek Monastery with out any Extra Cost)
Day 04-We also gave you Complete South Sikkim Tour(Namchi & near by all places cover)
Day 05-As per Itinerary Sightseeing Ravangla & Transfer to Pelling.
Day 06-As per Itinerary Pelling Full Day Sightseeing(We also provide Singshore Suspension Bridge with out any extra cost)
Day 07-As per Itinerary Drop to NJP(Note:- as per your choice Lunch at Siliguri Hotel & also you visit liquor shop)
Now comes the matter of hotel, you said worst hotels but we gave you the lots of options of hotels & this was your choice, However, In hotel Gangtok we added 01 extra mattress for 03 days without any extra cost.
In Namchi we provided Premium Mountain view rooms with Breakfast & Dinner. According to our Telephonic Conversation your very happy with Namchi Hotel(Note :- Personal Expenses not Included in Package but in Namchi Hotel we Discount 10% on Laundry)
In Pelling we upgrade the Rooms with out any extra cost.
Now the matter of Payment, You never made the Full Payment at once. You paid in Installment till the end & for your kind information any travel agency didn't keep the payment option in last day but we have given it to you.

We six of us took a trip to Darjeeling and Sikkim through "Round the Corner". They planned and executed the trip quite meticulously, and we were quite happy with it. The trip was hassle free. The hotels were good, and we got the vehicle well on time everyday.

Hotels provided at Gangtok,pelling are very inconvenient location which are lower to city side and Darjeeling hotel provided with very to very inconvenient. Dropping to Darjeeling taxi driver was immatured, non cooperative and trouble some.
