Road To Trips

What's Good: I booked a trip from February 10th to 14th, 2025, through Road to Trip, arranged by their staff member, Miss Saba. After I paid for the trip, they changed my hotel to one of very poor quality, despite my having previously provided specific hotel preferences. This resulted in two days of my five-day trip being wasted due to the unsatisfactory accommodation. Road to Trip, and Miss Saba in particular, were dishonest and deceitful. Furthermore, Miss Saba prevented me from checking out of the poor-quality hotel even though I had paid for a stay that included one more night.

What's Good: Trip was overwhelming. Everything was so smooth and each and everything was planned.

What's Good: Had a best trip with road to trips. They managed everything very well. Hotels they provided was of top notch. Would like to suggest everyone to book their trio with Road To Trips India.

What's Good: Overall management and coordination for the journey was very good.
The trip went very good with happy memories.

What's Good: Krishna helped me with the whole planning, accommodation and transportation stuff. He is extremely helpful. Definitely suggested to give it a shot!!

What's Good: I usually travelling with Road to trip from last 2 years.
And the quality and services they are providing is excellent.

With very reasonable prices .
Everyone must try you will love the experience.

What's Not Good: Never book your trip from them.
They are extremely uncooperative and the unreliable.
My wife and I were harassed by them continuously.They are super non accomodating and unkind.
They kept asking us for extra charge even though we paid the full amount at the very start of our trip.
Our train was cancelled so we had to leave early in the morning to catch out train but they asking us extra money for early drop service.
We are highly dissatisfied with their service and we would not recommend anyone for their service.
This was our worst experience ever .

What's Good: The travel agency provided an exceptional Kashmir trip experience, ensuring seamless arrangements and personalized service. From breathtaking destinations to comfortable accommodations, everything was well-organized. Highly recommend them for a hassle-free and memorable journey!
What's Not Good: Everything was on point!!

My advisor name is Aashish from road to trips he called again and again for the package for the confirmation. When we give the advance payment then he said the hotel which he recommended is fully booked then we said refund our money then they said refund is not possible as per the policy and we said provide me more option for the hotel and we selected one of them when we reached Srinagar we saw the hotel. All the hotels is very fair from the market and the advisor never explain hole detail about the trip the behaviour of the advisor is very very rude after the ending of the trip he stop answering call or messages I never recommend this company for the any tour package.

What's Good: Only two hotels were good.
What's Not Good: my advisor Aashish first give the package and said your hotel booking near market but it's to fear and never tell about the charger given in Gulmarg and sonmarg. And very rude behaviour Aashish

All aspects of our experience, which encompassed the carefully planned itinerary, the quality of the hotel accommodations, the intercity transportation arrangements, and the various destinations we visited, were truly excellent. We received everything that was promised to us in the initial plan, and I must emphasize that the level of hospitality we encountered throughout our journey was nothing short of outstanding. It was a remarkable experience that left us feeling well taken care of at every step along the way.

They are the best into whom all I have enquired about the Srinagar tour. Specially guidance provided by Afreen Bhat, she helped us to better plan the trip in and complete the tour in just Two and half day. She was available all the time on call during the tour, provided best suggestions. the driver assigned with us i.e. Mr. Sahil was very good with very good driving skills. When originally booked hotel have had some issues, Afreen has provided with us better hotel i.e. Hotel Su Casa. the hotel was very good. Hotel staff was very supportive and cohortative specially Zuber and Basarat. We had a situation on last day just before the departure, then he offered and assured us that he will drop us to the safe point or if required to the Airport and by talking Local police somehow he manages that our taxi and Sahil reach to the Hotel.

They are best. I would suggest everyone to book your trip with them. They suggested me everything either that's regarding hotels or viewpoints or anything. On trip they were available anytime. RTT your complete team are best. Hat's off to you guys!

इनके पैकेज मै लाइक करने जैसा कुछ नही। इस एजंसी से आप बुकिंग मत कीजिए। इस से बेहतर है कि आप खुद अपना ट्रिप प्लान कीजिए। होटल अच्छा था। आपके बुकिंग के बाद ये लोग कम्युनिकेशन की भी तस्दी नही लेते है। बस पेमेंट डालो वही बात आती है।

I was on Baba Amarnath and local Srinagar tour from 15.07.24to 19.07.24. My tour incharge madame "Saba" behaviour was nice . She was very helpful. She always pick my phone call. My staying was ok. Only taxi driver was very cunning fellow. Everywhere when we reached the place to visit he stop his vehicle and ask for extra money. Rest was nice. A. K. Shukla from Lucknow

On 7th of this Months I with my family & others 2 couple & 1 infant tour to Kashmir for 6night 7 day package.
And they provide me best Service as Hotel & Cab.
We are very happy after complete the Journey.
I specially thanks to Mrs Ritu Chowdhury for her sweet behavior and best Corporation from beaning to End.

My tour of Kashmir was planned by Road to trips , but faced so many difficulties . Day 1 Pankaj who coordinate with us stopped responding our calls after reach Jammu n committed the Vehicle @ 4am from Jammu to Pahalgam but don’t came . Again told Vehicle will come @7am n we checked out room and waited for vehicle on roads with luggage and children on roads for 6 hours . After 6 hours the old n unconditioned Vehicle they arranged after denied they provided the two small cars for 9 people to Pahalgam n we reached hotel @ 11 pm. We lossed one day completely and we don’t seen the ABC valley at at all which is most important in our plan.
Second day they gave the accommodation in Hollywood house boat n but the provide in old house with doesn’t have proper ventilation n more over that’s not house boat at all n we was sick with their in healthy food in that house .
And rude behaviour from Pankaj and road to trips people when came to payment . They stopped our Vehicle on road for payment which I told payment I’ll do at hotel . Even though they started scolding n told Vehicle driver to stop in road with children . Even the hotel also they changed for last 3days in Srinagar without permission n told there was no rooms in commuted hotel . My entire two families struggled with this travel company for entire trip . They threaten us while entire trip also .
The good thing in my trip Is Cab driver ( even it’s old Vehicle ) behaviour n they helped us .
Please take a necessary action n it wont happen anybody in the future . We lost one complete day due to this roads to trips.
I have every proof of what they committed and and what they provided . So please take necessary action n recover our loss .

The trip was well organized. As it was a family trip we were concerned a little.

There were hiccups at the start as the tour when booked was done via someone else who had later left the company. Had to struggle to get in touch with the agency.

Before the start of the trip was connected to Mr Gowhar who was very helpful. The whole trip went very smooth.

Happy with the package of Road to Trips
Driver was very well informed about the areas and was also very helpful.

Coordination was good with Mr Gowhar was very good.

My recent experience with this travel agency has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to protect others from making the same mistake.

To begin with, the water sports activity promised in Goa turned out to be in Malvan, a blatant contradiction to the information provided during the booking process. What's worse, the agency's excuse about Goa beaches being closed due to the monsoon was proven false, as we found them fully operational upon arrival. Such deceptive practices are inexcusable.

My booking was managed by Ms. Ritika, and her dismissive response to my concerns was not only unprofessional but also indicative of a careless attitude towards customer satisfaction. She even admitted that similar issues had been experienced by other clients – a red flag that cannot be ignored.

The sightseeing arrangements were substandard, with the agency reneging on its promise of a private cab and instead providing only two seats in a bus. Considering the hefty Rs. 30,000 charged for the trip, this is unacceptable and a clear indication of the agency's lack of integrity.

Even the return flight, arranged by the agency, was a disaster. Seats were allocated separately instead of adjacent, causing unnecessary discomfort. To top it off, a staff member named Ms. Soni displayed shocking unprofessionalism by shouting at both me and my wife. This kind of behavior is beyond unacceptable and reflects poorly on the agency's commitment to customer service.

In light of these experiences, I strongly advise against choosing this travel agency for any future trips. The deception, unprofessionalism, and overall lack of concern for customer satisfaction make it clear that there are far better options out there. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment – steer clear of this agency!

The worst travel agency I have ever traveled with. I’m from bangalore and found this in an ad… For the price what we paid has nothing to do with the package. It was a kashmir tour where we didn’t had a proper coordinator and everywhere our own people gambled and made us pay more. Its a big scam we were stuck in. They committed somthing and provided something worst. I don’t even want to start with the room they provided . Stinky room and the toilet is a nightmare. There’s no one to ask for an upgrade and no one bother to check on us.they also committed for houseboat which never stayed Its self trip paid to a travel agency. Worst experience ever.

We had booked Kashmir trip with them and they have given confirmation of booking for a particular houseboat that I approved but on reaching the day one , we were transferred to another cheap houseboat called Lalita .. and MR Gowhar gave me excuse that the owner is same .. it was pathetic experience , the heater was not working and the temperature ws minus degree .. then another issue which was very unprofessional was that they asked us to pay 10k of package amount to the houseboat guy , who does that ?? If you are a registered company you need to take the whole amount from tourist on day one .. but they told us to transfer money to different different hotels which we refused !! The other property was also V V bad called sideeq hotel , food was good but rooms size was too small , and we had got confirmation for bigger rooms in by Mr Gowhar
The whole trip was mismanaged and the driver was also not aware about our itinerary

The entire trip was Poorly organized. The hotel booking in Srinagar was not done as committed. The condition of the vehicle was avaerage however the drivers were very good and cooperative. We missed out Sonmargh trip completely because of improper organization. Houseboats we’re not allocated as per the planned itinerary.

I am so angry on GOA trip arranged by Road To Trip through Trip Crafters. If my matter not resolved I will definitely complain Road to Trip to Consumer Forum. My 4 nights pkg has been very badly destroyed by Road to Trips

Heyy this is Anshu Agarwal from Mumbai. Me and my parents booked our Kashmir Tour via Road to Trip for the 2nd week of March 2023. Mr. Khurshid was our coordinator and local tour operator. As per our requirement, we were allocated luxurious hotels @ quite a reasonable price. Further, whenever and wherever required in case of any hiccups, Mr. Khurshid was there for us. We all had a memorable trip in Kashmir
