My family of 6 persons booked Laddakh tour thru Richlife Travels,Delhi in Apr 2022, and fully paid total tour cost in advance. But agency owner Ms Swati Bansal got us to pay extra 50000/- when we reached Leh,on pretext of UPI not working,and promised to refund amount within a day.She had paid only 20-25% of hotrl fare,and made us to pay rest of the fare again. She didn't booked taxi at all ,and wasted our 5-6 hours waiting for taxi,and sent the one only when we again paid her extra 50000/- Return flight tickets too were booked only for 3 persons,and then booked the rest of tickets only after we paid her extra amount. They spoiled our entire tour. And after returning to Jaipur, she stopped to pick our phone,and then discontinued all her 3 mobile numbers.
When we tried to trace her at the registered address at their website, we came to know thatthey had left this place 1 or 2 year ago. We lodged FIR at Jaipur, but Raj police too has failed to trace them.

Hotal and camp quality was very poor. We are not able to stay at nubra velly booked camp. We requested to changed this but nobody form richlife listen to us. finally we have search accommodation our own and stay .
