Never expected such perfect service fro a travel agency. The trip was organised excellently by ReevTravels. Choice of hotels was very good. All the places we stayed were comfortable and excellent service. Had no problem in checking in as their rep was there to help us. Vehicle provided to us for going around and seeing places and also to the night quality was I think the best. All in all it was a fantastic holiday thanks to Reev Travels. Special thanks to Miss Oormila for doing a great job. Everything that we asked for was provided even taxis on our return from the airport to our residences. Great great holiday

Pathetic experience of booking with them. Sold me a ticket for Air Canada without telling me about the transit visa requirement. I take responsibility for not knowing canada has a transit visa requirement but one goes to a travel agent because they expect the travel agent to know such things and to guide accordingly. Otherwise anybody can book online themselves. When I got to know and contacted them response was very poor. They stopped responding to my texts entirely. The ticket was still in their control and only after spending close to 9 hours with customer support could I get control of my ticket, get an issue refund and book my return ticket. I was in a foreign country (US) and they did nothing to help in booking a new flight. These guys are fraud. Stay away. Update: as soon as I posted the review the company owner Mr. Vaibhav messaged me on whatsapp and completely denied any wrong doing or responsibility. He went on to wish fraud and bad luck on me. Quite a contrast from their response below. Guys please beware, these guys will take you for a ride.

Reev travels has helped with the my visa process and international tickets for my recent trips ! They are fast and reliable- shout out to Ms.Oormila for always being available on WhatsApp and updating the unexpected changes . Have never visited or met them in person , infact - I live 450kms away from them but Still trust their services completely.
