But i need to clarify few things.
We had updated everything clearly to you before going ahead with booking.
after that also we had given you Complimentary Cake ,which was not included in the Package.
As Luggage Cab charges we never include in the Package and we Provide it to our all customers as per Requirement.
After this much Complimentary things you asked for Shopping Tour as a complimentary which was not possible from our end,
And regarding Late check out that's not in our hand we had checked with resort but they said they don't have rooms. So sorry for that.

My trip was cancelled , due to covid restrictions at Anadaman
But my money was not returned- saying it will be used during your next trip

already i lost some money , due to flight & train cancellation

Dear Venkata,
Before confirming your trip with us our Executive has clearly told you that if due to COVID there will be any lockdown we will give you 1 Year rescheduling time (because Andaman Hotels are also following the same rule) and in the Invoice also it was written the same. Your money is not lost as you have mentioned.
You have not even paid 50% of the total package cost and we have booked everything from our end.
we have offered you to go through the cancellation and we will refund you the amount whatever we get but you are not ready for that also.
You are ready to pay cancellation fees for train and Flight Tickets as you have mentioned but you are not ready to co-ordinate with us. As refund is not in our hand so we have already given time till this year.

Please do not make false allegations as we never misguided you, we are here to help you from the beginning. But you are not ready for anything so in that situation we are helpless.

And Our priority is always our clients satisfaction.

In fact it's a very good tour operator. But at Port Blair we didn't found hotel service up to the mark. Practically hotel Blue MMARina was said to be 3 star hotel. But his rooms were not as such, apart from this hotel we found tea pir and good dinner and breakfast. But here it was poorest of poor.

They failed to provide a smooth trip

I have taken a package for Andaman for four people for 4N and 5D. I selected package with super deluxe rooms including breakfast. Below is my honest experience in this tour.

On the day one everything went well, they organized things well, we checked into the hotel, and after taking some rest we spent in Port Blair sight seeing. The hotel rooms were good, only complaint on day1 was the hotel(GKM grand) offered only bread for breakfast.

On the day two we checked out from the hotel, and this time as well they gave just bread for breakfast, they said it is because of our early checkout (which was 05:30 am), the prior night they agreed to give boiled egg, and bread but egg was not provided in the breakfast. So two days we had only bread for the breakfast from this hotel. The verification of vaccine certificates was not done for one of our family members(out of four) which is required to get into the ferry(which was supposed to be done by the agency themselves). They asked us to go the office to get the verification done. I am still not sure why they did not took care of the verification of one person when they managed to get it done for all other three. For this we had to check out early and wait for one hour in line for verification. This is the first disturbance. Even after paying them we had to go for ticket's verification, which is their job to do.

After boarding into the ferry we went to Havelock and had some nice time there, this time the hotel we checked-in is not that good, it is some small cottage and had leaking ceilings in the bathroom. I really did not like it. But everything else was good in Havelock. The driver has helped us to do water activities and all. We had to travel to Neil Island on the day3.

They have asked me for more money on the day1 to book the seats in private ferry, which I immediately paid as the govt ferry was not available. Even though I paid them on day1 itself they did not book the tickets, at the end somehow they managed to get the tickets without seats allocated. Because of this we had to wait in the heat outside the ferry as we were not allowed to board the ferry till passengers with seats allocated get settled, they allowed us into the ferry just before 5min of it's departure and we again waited for 20 min inside to get our seats, we had two elders of more than 60yrs age with us, I mentioned this to travel agency before booking the trip itself and requested for smooth trip, which they promised and failed to provide. We reached Neil Island at the end of the day and we checked into the hotel.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable, we had to travel to Port Blair on the day4 in the evening, but the agent could not get our tickets for that ferry, he asked us to be ready for the 11am ferry instead of 5pm. We got disappointed and got ready for 11am ferry and planned for some other activities in Port Blair as we will reach there by 2pm. But when we started for 11am Ferry he again mentioned he could not get tickets for 11am, he again asked us to travel in 5pm ferry. There was lots of confusion and uncertainty because they could not handle to get the tickets on time. At last, we took 5pm ferry and reached at 7pm at Port Blair, I called the agent in Port Blair before starting from Neil and mentioned to be ready at Port Blair on time, but we did not get any car to pick us, we had to wait till 7:35pm and it was raining there, he did not send the car because the other day ferry came at 8pm. This was so irresponsible of them even after me reminding them just before starting.


To conclude this, we had some good experience and mostly bad experience with this travel agency, when we plan our tour along with parents who are old we want everything to be smooth, they promised that to us but it was entirely different experience in the Andaman. What I can see was these people are not the most organized travelers, they get to manage things sometimes and mess up most of the times as they don’t prepare for uncertainties, but when we pay huge money to them to manage our trip we don't expect

*As you have to catch your govt ferry early morning, so in that case all of port Blair resort will offer limited items in breakfast because your check out time is 5:30 am.

*Secondly the delay in Ferry was due to "Kangna Ranuat Event in Andaman ,All Govt Ferry was Cancelled due to her Arrival and some event,(same we have already update you before the trip confirmation that Govt Ferry is unpredictable) ,changes may occur. We have your call recordings as well that we have keep updated you for everything, and the Vaccination certificate verification was already done ,the delayed was in ferry only due to Kangna Ranuat Event.

*We have asked for Money to Arrange Pvt ferry as all govt ferry was cancelled due to kangna Ranuat ,on that day somehow we have managed your pvt ferry, if you are not even appreciating us so please don't make fake statements.

* And lastly you keep writing for Ferry things,(that we have already updated you before the trip that its unpredictable and not in our hand.)

No proper management by Redcherrys Trip

1. Very poor management and miscommunication of the Redcherry Trips with the hotels on the Andaman Islands.

2. Promises made and reality is different by Redcherry Trips.

3. The hotel staffs were very rude and no proper food was served at high price.

Overall good, but the hotel for the first two days was not satisfactory, was not notified beforehand that the hotel has been changed plus the room,food or service quality was not up to the mark. But for the rest of the trip, it was good and the service was also good.

The very professional, punctual, and efficient service of Redcherry trips made possible our 5 day long Manali tour with success and fun. We have started from Delhi and reached Manali with a Beautiful view. Urvashi was always checking on us and made us feel comfortable and safe. The Driver Jetesh was so polite, helpful, and courteous which made us feel so comfortable and safe during our journey as a couple. His driving was also exceptionally good and skillful. Jetesh was always on time as per our schedule and tour plan. He has not only guided us with his knowledge on each of places and their culture, tourism, Do’s & Don’ts, but also, recommended the unknown places to explore. He always maintained the car neat & clean after every day’s journey His service was great, and we enjoyed his friendliness. The hotel arrangement /Location was excellent and food was very good there and room were very well Maintained and view from The room was awesome seeing the snow fall from the bed was a cherry on the top experience. I will recommend Redcherry trips for any type of holiday tours. Their services are always cost effective and with full of great experience.

One of the most memorable and unforgettable trip we had in Leh Ladakh. Everything was taken care of too precision thanks to Urvashi. Had an Overall Great Experience at Hotel Moutain Crest, Manali. Rooms were Clean. Food can be much better, also No Non-Veg Food was Served during our 3 Night Stay,even after Informing at the Hotel Reception to Mr.Ankush. Also Mr.Ankush & Mr.Anil were too Polite and Helpful. Everything thing was fine. Havelock Aquas and Neil island sea shell resort was fantastic but Port Blair hotel Hill top was not good. Coordinator was good but Mr Arif didn't plan well ist day in Havelock. Overall all arrangements are hassles free. Thank you Redcherry team.

Andaman and Nicobar trip: Wonderfull trip planned by Redcherry team. Their guidance in planning this trip was great. All arrangement was Hassel free. They even care to check whether stay and tour is going smoothly or not which most of the planner do not care to check. Candle light dinner is the best gift provided by them. Visited Bhutan to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary arranged as a gift from my beloved daughter.Had a great memorable tour. Really need to share some experience. At departure on airport learnt that our flight was cancelled. Disheartening, all further plans failed. Ms Urvashi supported and booked tickets for next day. Onward journey tickets from Kolkata too, were arranged by Ms Poulami and they supported 24 hrs till we boarded the flight. Comfortable stay arrangements at all the hotels with great amenities was arranged. It was a pleasant surprise on the day of our wedding anniversary when the Hotel greeting us and had decorated our room and arranged candle light dinner in our room itself. Very well mannered, disciplined and courteous guide and driver was at our disposal. In real sense, Redcherry has been my extended family throughout this tour. Thanks Redcherry from the core of my heart and wishing your team and their families a happy, healthy and prosperous new year 2020.
