Planning a vacation to an unknown city, we depend on google reviews and look up to travel agency to make the trip easy as everything is well planned and with guide to help us explore new places. Unfortunately this was not the case here. Right from day 1 we did not have a guide to accompany us and thought out the journey. We had to find our own tour guide and give directions to the driver who was also new to the city. This was a 7 day trip with multi cities to cover, we landed up spending a lot of time on google maps and planning the itinerary for the day. The whole purpose of using an agency was lost. Agency not professional the way they handle clients. I have used multiple travel agency, they could learn from other agency how to handle clients and understand their requirements.
