Me and my family completed 8 Night trip with Raintree Holidays, Munnar , Madurai , Rameswaram, Kanyakumari, kovalam, Alleppey we are travelled with my small two kids, first i thanks to the Mr. Shashikant Bhai , Just like a brother , actually we booked the package with delhi travel agency, our kerala trip coordinator was raintree holidays, but we don't have any communications with Raintree holidays during half of the trip. we reached varkala at evening time my kids are hungry , with hurry my hus tried to collect cash from the ATM ,he used old password with credit card, he used my card also its also blocked , we does not have any liquid cash, Cards are blocked so the G-pay also blocked, That night we contacted our booked agency in delhi, They said cant able to continue the trip without balance payment, we requested to them kindly give us at least 48 hrs for unblocking the cards, but no use, finally we share our situation with our driver (Fiazal) he behave like as family member as well as a brother. During some sightseeing time he keeps my kids in his cab. After some time we got a call from Raintree Holidays (Sasikanth), He said your agency mailed us stop the service , but Don't worry, we got your driver call , you can continue the trips raintree will pay at hotels , you can pay the balance amount when your card is okey, What relief we got that moment thank god, that feelings we cant explain by writing . Next day morning we start the trip to kovalam , in between driver gave 5000 RS , and said check your whats ap " Don't worry collect the cash 5000 from driver its for your daily expense , you are travelling with kids so need money , if u need anything more please send a message " Shashikant...
No words to say about Raintree Holidays , One more thing i know from the Experience , Its not a travel company , Its feel like a family . Now i got a brother in kerala , really kerala is a gods own country. Bhai Take care , all the best for Raintree Holidays...

Raintree Holiday:- A horrible Journey experience
I just experienced the unbelievable services from Raintree holidays…. A madam from Raintree Holidays called me when I was searching for the kerala package… she made me convinced with her believable but false commitments about their services… which were
1. We provide the best hotels no one can provide within the price range which we are providing.
2. You will definitely get the Budget hotels in the rates below than ours.
3. We will provide you the driver having good knowledge of Hindi and English (which is an advantage for North Indians visiting in Kerala)
4. You will not have any complaint about hotels as well as transportation service… even you will feel amazed.
This all was a trap because everything was just opposite of that:-
First about Driver
1. Driver came to pick us up after 2 hours of scheduled time and kept us waiting at airport.
2. When we met him I got to know that he does not know Hindi not even English
3. Driver always tried to convince that dont go for sight seen there will traffic you will stuck in huge jam.. but when we went there, there was no jam. It happens two or three times (He was doing so that we can avoid the sight seen)
Now about the hotels Raintree holidays provided.
Just apposite to the commitments, 3rd class hotel were provided…
There was seepage in the hotels, not even cleaned properly, Bed was stinky (some photos of Hotel are there)…..No food facility in the hotels…..No landline telephone…..No room services…..No electric kettle/TV nothing even only medimix soaps were provided in the bathrooms of the 3 stars(as per Raintree Holidays)
Everything was ignored but the hotel for the last day booked at so kuch prime location that there was not any restaurant nearby no problem but when I asked the driver to go the restaurant for the dinner. He denied to go saying that his duty is off for the day (at 8:30 pm). There was no food facility in the hotel. My 3 years old son slept after having biscuits at that day…..
Much more happened during the call with that madam she threatened me to pay the balance amount which was only the 10% of the total payment. I paid the balance and we returned with the bad mood….
Raintree Holidays ruined the journey of Kerala even made it horrible and left us hating kerala for that and we will never be in Kerala????????

1. Question no:1 ANS : You travelled with Mumbai Agency on 24-Dec-2024 , we provide the service here its B2B, any way , Your package started 24-Dec-2024, we provide the quotation to 25th Nov 2023, the same day also we inform you its a peak time in all destinations so kindly book as soon as possible, That time we provide Munnar Misty Lake Resort , Thekkady Jungle Park Resort & Alleppey Pagoda Resort . Agents follow up with you every day . But you booked the package at the last moment , that time thekkady and Alleppey hotels sold out what we provided. the available hotels in thekkady Greencourt Resort & Alleppey Vinodam River side Residency. But you need the Quoted hotels, you are not convinced by that agent , so i called you this is the situation only this hotels available , you are also ticked booked , you need to travel . at the last moment you agreed and booked. Because all other agents are refusing your booking because of non availability. you started the journey and you are satisfied with munnar misty lake resort, its a 3 Star deluxe hotel, after you reach thekkady you started comparing all hotel rooms with munnar hotel. in thekkady we also arranged breakfast from outside.
Question 2. &3
ANS: At night you asked if the driver (After 10PM) needed to go outside. The driver refused the same because they are driving all day. They need to rest because the next day he needs to drive the whole day. then you started complaining about the driver , in munnar 02 days you have had no complaints about him. He is our regular driver you used the cab KL-37-D-3456 Driver Risvan. (you can check his names in google reviews, what other guest commented about him) 4. You will not have any complaints about hotels as well as transportation service… even you will feel amazed. This all was a trap because everything was just opposite of that:- First about Driver 1. Driver came to pick us up after 2 hours of scheduled time and kept us waiting at the airport. ANS: It's our mistake. Unfortunately on the way to the airport the scheduled cab met with an accident, 45 Min you wait in the departure area , that we appreciate. I also informed you this has happened so we are arranging the next cab for you.
3. ANS: We have a proper plan for sightseeing, especially in peak season. but you need to go as you suggested, the driver informed us that I called you , please coordinate with the driver. It's a peak time munnar also has narrow and bendy roads.
Now about the hotels Raintree holidays provided. Just apposite to the commitments, 3rd class hotel were provided… ANS: That i Answered in 1 st Question.

ANS: Sir this happens at alleppey, before going to the hotel the driver told you if u need anything buy and you can keep in cab, because alleppey is a small area 80 % water only 20% land . In peak hours, how to drive , that day mullakkal temples festivals are also going on . and we dropped by the hotel at 9.00 PM . you said only 10 % you need to pay, till alleppey you paid only 5000 Rs. The total package rate is 35500/- .Normally all agents collect the full amount from the airport, but our cab is late so we are not informed. When you reached thekkady the mumbai agent and I requested you to pay atleat 50 % needed to pay at the hotel as well as fuel for the cab. you said when u reached alleppey will pay , but till night 9 (Next day trip ends) you are not paying .Then what do we do ??? So the Mumbai agent informed you , cant able to check out tomorrow from the hotel. Don't lie in the name of your kid, at night i called the hotel people and arranged hot water for making food for your kid, not buscut matter .
ANS: Sir its a request kindly avoid last time booking when going on tour during peak season, Then pay on time because agents need to pay at hotels and cabs , without payment hotels not allow to checkout, in your case raintree holidays paid from our pockets for your trips. It's our fault too, because your reason was the booking which was abandoned by everyone, you booked the last time, I showed humane consideration because you booked the ticket and did not get the flight ticket cancellation charge, it was a big mistake on my part, sorry

We booked a customised tour to Munnar, Alleppy and Kovalam through RAINTREE HOLIDAYS. This agency had organised all the arrangemens perfectly well at Munnar and also the houseboat at Alleppy. Kudos to Mr. Shashikant.
But the later part of the tour to Kovlam was miserably bad. The hotel Samudratheeram is a third class lodge with no customer service of amenities. I wonder who gave star rating to this useless lodge. Not worth staying even for a day.
Otherwise the tour was enjoyable. The driver Mr. Ajit was with us throughout the period and lent a crdible help and support.

It was a nice tour. Perfect transportation arranged by the agency specially their driver Mr Midhun was very soft spoken and well mannered during the entire trips..since there are a lot of road journey in Kerala so I would sujjest to hire comfortable vehicle like innova. They have also shown us some nice markets known for market of traditional wearing cloths.

We booked a kerala tour from raintree holidays from 30th september to 6th october.....they took the charge for private houseboat while they booked a sharing houseboat in allepey.....Also, the driver named Satheesh behaved as if he is doing kripa on us for the services provided.....even though e was free for 1 and half days....he was unwilling to come one hour early on the 3rd day because of our early checkout from houseboat.........also..the car was in very dirt condition on the initial day and was not professional at all

We enjoyed 4N 5D Munnar thekadi Aleppy and Kochi package.Rain tree holidays provided very good resorts at Munnar and kekkadi and deluxe a/c houseboat at Aleppy with sedan vehicle exclusively for us at our disposal for entire trip.Driver Jai Singh is excellent and well behaved.Thanks to Mr Abraham and driver Jai Singh make my holiday sweet and memorable.Thanks to raintree.

Thank you for the good feedback for the transportation services that we have provided.
We are still wondering, which tour package we have provided, rather than transportation services for your Kerala tour. You had your own arrangements for your stay in Kerala. We never know why you booked 3 Nights in Alleppey by your own and ruined your own vacation with your own plans, lack of coordination and time management, and please don’t blame us for that.
Okay, One night accommodation was arranged by our driver at the airport since you missed your flight, as your flight left 24 Hrs before your arrived at the airport. We do very much remember your call from the Airport at night, after you missed you flight at 12 am for help as the cab had already left home after dropping you at the airport at 8 PM. We called up the driver and requested him to come back and pick you up and arrange an accommodation near the airport for you to departure next day. Since most of the rooms were sold out due to Doctors conference in Cochin, we requested the driver to arrange an accommodation immediately as you were stranded at the airport with your wife and two children in the middle of the night. You have made direct payment at the hotel for your stay yourself.
We requested our transportation vendor not to charge any money for the additional transportation for you at the airport.
We even offered to help you by booking your flight tickets next day at the same cost without any commission at the middle of the night, but you told us that you will take care of that by your own.
Not last but the least – As you requested, we cannot give you a bill/Invoice for Rs.50000/-(fifty thousand) for just a 10k transportation services that we have provided for you in Kerala, for you LTA claiming purposes. We are a liable and accountable firm who pay taxes to the government. We don’t encourage such claims at Raintree Holidays.
We still truly believe that you have posted this review at some point of a frustrated time in your life.

It was our first experience with Raintree Holidays for a complete 8 day trip covering Munnar/Thekkady/Allepey & Kochi. We were actually referred by one of the Hotels that we had booked for our stay. It all started with our requirment for the booking on the boat house and then we ended with the complete trip travel planning with Mr. Abraham our contact who coordinated the whole experience so well right from the time we landed at the airport. He ensure that the vehicle was comfortable for a family of 5 people & the driver - Rajesh was not just friendly but also acted as a guide offering the best experience on the road. I would like to appreciate the entire team for making my Kerala experience such a pleasent one.
I wish Sashikant (CEO) all the best and expect to plan my complete trip using the services of Raintree for locations wherein they have their presence and expect the same to expand further.

Excellent service. We get tham service just after a week of Kerala flooding, bun in that case they not let down in tham devices. In my tour only one regret, coir village lake resort at Alleppey. Never knew about Raintree but I am so glad we got in touch. Sasikant, the manager, was so amazingly helpful and polite and courteous that everyone in my family was very pleased. We paid quite a handsome amount for the trip but the accommodations were also equally handsome and had great locations. I would surely recommend to my friends and relatives. And if we plan A Sri Lanka trip in the near future we would definitely get in touch. We also received a very nice memento from the manager to remember our amazing trip to Kerala in the years to come.

I planned a 6day 5 night honeymoon trip to kerala with them. Gandhi(MD of Raintree) had been following up about our experience over the phone every day throughout the trip. The wooden resort accommodation at munnar was awesome. The resorts at alleppey and varkala were amazingly close to the beach and stayed within my budget. Our cabbie Jayaraj aka jayaraj anna is very cool and he is ready to take a detour whenever we ask him. Kudos guys.

We did not provide you any tour package in Kerala - all transportation, sightseeing and other activities were arranged by yourself and we are not responsible for that.
As you requested, we just arranged a night stay for your family in Munnar within your budget constraints. We tried to get in touch with you several time, before, in between and after the tour, but there was no response at all at anytime. We believe that you had your review written before coming here with us.
As required from your side that you don't need a Star hotel accommodation, and you wanted to stay in a cottage with your all family members, we provided the best options available within your budget.
