I had booked my trip through this agency but they fooled me during the trip. Initially before booking they will talk with you generously once payment is done they will show there true colours. I booked 4 star package but they provided all lodge kind of hotels. Even if I call they won't receive your call and you end up with no option left and later you only need to take care of your trip. I tried to call them but apart from one person no other contact person number available to contact. Don't choose this agency if you choose then you'll going to be fooled by them. This is my experience with this company. I don't know how holidfy suggesting this type of company to us to book package.
