Lovely Hotel with a fantastic view Absolutely clean rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. I give five star rating. I would have given more but five star is the max that one can rate. Superb food and lovely staff

Had an amazing stay here, the staff is very polite and supportive, they helped us plan our travels and arranged for cabs for transport as well. The food is also great and you can opt for the free breakfast buffet as well. The location is very calm and picturesque and very close to spots like Lockhart museum and devikulam view point etc.

Neat and clean stay. Staff were very humble and well mannered. Stayed for 2 nights with family and they were very cooperative. Restaurant and food was also nice. Worth for the price.

We booked the room after reading the google reviews. But we didn’t had a good experience. Pros 1. Rooms were clean 2. Friendly people 3. Good breakfast Cons 1. Rooms are small 2. Flush was not working properly 3. Small parking place 4. Hot water in shower was “not hot” 5. Food was bad (apart from breakfast). We had to wait 30-45 mins after ordering food. 6. Airtel network was not available. They provide WiFi which was not working properly. So struggled to contact family members. 7. 8 kms away from Munnar city.

I have good experience with all staff they served us good food also very nice and owner of hotel is so kind i appreciate all members of hotel management and my family was very happy about rooms very neat and tidy i suggest to all who need good service so once you visit to munnar pine tree hotel special thanks to Mr Johnson onwer Best Regards Azeem

Beautiful dinner, best curry we have tried so far in Munnar - bursting with flsvor. Excellent service and very attentive to detail. Thank you to the chef, we would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!

If not for the 3500 we paid for one night, I would have given 5 stars. For the ambience and the facilities provided, I would have expected around 2500. Good thing is the cleanliness and maintenance is really satisfactory.
