We had a great fun, hotel staff / allotted driver were friendly and caring. Arrangements were excellent, hotel facilities were next to five star! Value for money choice.
Food was the real joy with five star chefs delightfulness and Kerala traditional dishes were super!

The restaurant was excellent and very user friendly and I booked for a 3 day trip in munnar and guide was superb and he was so friendly and showed us so many beautiful places... rooms are fantastic and food is good.. If you go with family this is the most secure and calm place to stay... I recommend this place to anyone and u will not be disappointed...

Rooms are very clean both living space and washroom very clean Bit small space wise but sufficient for two persons. The weather near the hotel is too cool (Jan end) so it is very pleasant outside. Staff are cooperative but language is a barrier at times Also at the dining area they are unable to manage larger group The dining space (at terrace) is good, the view is nice.. Breakfast was nice, options were there Food was a bit spicy because of the usage of spices. Overall 4/5

Hotel staff are very helpful Service in this hotel is good. It is 7km away from city centre so It is10-15 min drive from hotel to city centre, Decent rooms but doesn't have AC and food was also decent. Only major issue is wifi speed is very slow and there is no network in this hotel area.

Excellent service and location. Rooms were clean but there was spring bed which was too spongy. Breakfast was awesome which had south Indian menu but north Indian menu was not good. Apart from North Indian dishes all good

Rooms are good so is housekeeping. No mobile connection only Jio or BSNL works here. Hotel internet is very bad. Food isn’t something to write about and breakfast is terrible. You will be better off staying somewhere else

Neat & clean rooms & washroom...good location near to Munnar town.. Car parking good... Restaurant available... Complementary breakfast good... Highly recommended....

Room was good. But this hotel is in a remote area but doesn't have good views. Restaurant is not that great. And there is nothing outside the hotel where you can eat. That is a big problem. Wifi connection is poor and mobile connectivity is not great. So it is quite problematic if wifi is not working.
