It was very nice experience. We got a good package from overseas travel solutions and our sincere thanks to Kanishk (overseas travel solutions agent), he is very helpful and because of him the whole process was very smooth.

"Horrible travel agency, Overseas Travel Solutions, and a very bad experience." Do not plan your travel with OTS. They [Kanishk] follow up regularly and say all good things until you book and pay for the trip, but that's about it! I booked my Manali tour 4N/5D in February 2024. I am writing below about points where this travel agency or agent was highly unprofessional. 1. Horrible travel agency: They lied to me saying they have booked 3+1 hotel room for a family [with 2 kids], but actually they had booked a smaller one [2+1]. The room was very congested, and the hotel didn’t have any options for 3+1. So we had to adjust somehow. 2. Third day, we were suppose to go to Solang/Sissu as per the plan. The cab driver at the last minute said he wont drive us to Solang Valley, even though this was part of the itinerary. He said we need to book a separate 4x4 SUV, which will cost Rs 6,000 extra. I kept calling [7 times] and texting Kanishk to help me out, but he stopped picking up my calls and never called me back. He just disappeared, and I had to make my own arrangements by paying extra. 3. On the fourth day, we had planned to visit Naggar and nearby water falls. After visiting Naggar, the driver drove towards Jana waterfalls, and he got scared because there was some light snow on the road, and he said he didn’t have the confidence to drive; we had to cut out travel short. All the things that were agreed upon in the itinerary did not get through. I suggest you don’t book your travel with OTS, and if at all you are planning to book your travel with OTS, don’t pay them the full amount. You never know when they will ghost you out when you really need their help. In short I will not recommend this travel agency at all

Very good service good hotel good driver cum travel guide and good pick up and drop at time no problem very good service I recommended to all my friends going on Kerala please booking with overseas travel solutions. Great experience for everything. Special thanks to Avinash and team. Every member of this team is very much supportive and very much discipline. Once again thanks for the memorable trip.
