What's Good: I went to Thailand with my friends this April, and the entire trip was planned by Origin Holidays, assisted by Mrs. Sudha. Everything was well-organized and smoothly executed. Mrs. Sudha was extremely attentive and supportive, constantly coordinating with us and checking on our stay, food, and travel arrangements throughout the trip.

What I love most is that they plan everything based on your budget, without compromising on quality hotels and experiences. This wasn't my first trip with them—I've entrusted all my travels to Origin Holidays, and their service has always been outstanding and highly satisfactory.
What's Not Good: Nothing specific

What's Good: We had the most magical honeymoon in
Switzerland, all thanks to OriginHolidays! From the snow capped Alps to the romantic boat rides in Lucerne, it was all just perfect. The hotels were cozy and luxurious and every detail - sightseeing, transfers - was planned to perfection. What impressed us the most was the fast, reliable support and personal touch that OriginHolidays provided us with the whole trip!

It was truly a dream come true as a couple - no stress, beautiful scenery, and so super romantic! We highly recommend OriginHolidays to any couple honouring their love!

I recently booked the Thailand tour package with Origin Holiday, and overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Here's my detailed feedback:

What I Loved
1. Smooth Booking Process:
The team at Origin Holiday, especially the tour coordinator, was extremely responsive during the booking stage. They patiently explained the itinerary, inclusions, and visa requirements.
2. Well-Planned Itinerary:
The tour covered major attractions in Bangkok and Pattaya, with a good balance between sightseeing and leisure time. Hotel locations were convenient and close to popular spots.
3. On-Ground Support:
Daily check-ins from the local coordinator gave us peace of mind. Airport pickups and hotel transfers were punctual, and we didn’t face any confusion upon arrival.
4. Value for Money:
Considering the inclusions—hotels, transfers, island tours, and even some meals—the package was reasonably priced.

Overall, I would recommend Origin Holiday for any kind of packages, especially if you’re looking for:
A budget-friendly, well-organized trip
Good communication and reliable logistics. Stress-free planning with visa and documentation support

We went to Swiss and Rome and the coordination was very bad and amateurish.

Very Worst Experience. Never Choose them. We went as a group of 24 passengers from India and the tour coordinator was inexperienced and never cared about customers. The driver was super rude and was controlling the tour coordinator. Never faced such bad experience in Europe.

We feel good ambience in the resort arranged by the tour operators. Enjoyed the Para gliding. Weather was very fine then. Totally superb except the Driver.

3 day Kerala tour package has been provided by Origin Holidays to my sister's family in India.

Right from on-time pick up from Airport, Setting up all best accommodation in Vegamon as Guesthouse in Day1 and with the great Tent experience in Day2, AlleppeyHouseboat experience in day-3 along with excessive and tasteful Kerala food all time.

We have been provided with a great paragliding and funfilled kayaking experience aswell. The staff/driver they have arranged are knowledgeful about areas and kind. Finally - all these have been also arranged at an affordable price as well.

It was a pleasure and comfortable journey with Origin Holidays with optimum cost. The Cab driver is tourists friendly. All other arrangements and response of origin was very good and excellent.
