One should not work with this company as they are not clear. If an other episode of closed borders comes up again you might not be refunded. This company had kept over 100000 Euros that had been paid to them for a group travel in march 2020. The group could not travel because of Indien border closure but Orange next has kept total amount of my client. They mentioned that they had paid 80% to local service providers for the group but this was a lie. Hotels had already refunded to Orange the deposit payment and the other service providers had never been paid.
