Once we decided on our trip to Vietnam we checked on many travel agencies and decided on Open Smile depending upon what we were offered. The hotels ( we had asked for 4 star) were situated in good locations. Our best Vietnamese meals were at restruants where his company guides took us. We wouldn't have found those places on our own. He had arranged for vehicles and guides in Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang. And he himself was at hand in Hanoi. The good thing about going with Mr. Khanh's Open Smile was that he was open to making changes as we wanted which we couldn't have done with a big travel agency as they have their set programmes which cannot be changed. If we were 10-15 mts late no one threatened to leave us behind and no one gave us dirty looks for holding up the group. Other than sightseeing we were taken shopping too. The guides were good, travel arrangements were good and hotels booked were good. On the whole we had a very enjoyable trip thanks to having booked our trip with Mr. Khanh's Open Smile Tours. I would recommend Mr. Khanh & Open Smile Tours to anyone who wants to go to Cambodia and Vietnam.

Mr. Khanh isn't good but he is the best tour guide you ll ever had, informative guide with really an open smile in his face and we consider him as a family member,if you want the best go with Khanh.

Khanh is excellent and mr. Viet is amazing driver. He informed us about everything, adjust our request last minute via viator which is actually not available but he made quick private tour for us and even after we completed the tour, he helped us with our next travel in hue hoi an and phu quoc.
