Absolutely professional and neatly organized trip arranged by Vineet and his team for our Trip to Greece. We visited 4 islands which required us to take a ferry which we thought would be hectic but Vineet made it feel like a cakewalk. No hassle , no rush for anything. Very reasonable price for the whole trip which included flight tickets, visa, excellent hotel room selection with breakfast, all the tours and domestic transfers. Hotel location were to the point as well, a maximum of 10 minute walk to the city. In many occasions tours were even improvised according to our convenience, which many other travel agents do not. Vineet provides a quick response before and during the trip. Highlights of the trip was Archaelogical sites at Athens Sunset cruise with wine tasting in Mykonos Eco bike tour at Crete Famous Santorini Dome lookout. We recently booked a girl’s trip (a group of 10) to Turkey with Northern Wheatear Holidays. Vinit patiently worked with us to create a custom itinerary, answer our endless questions and cater to every one of our needs. Although Vinit worked with us tirelessly to figure out all the details before the trip, it is the situations we were in during the trip and how they were handled is something I would like to call out. Firstly, the flight from Bangalore to Istanbul was cancelled (we boarded on the flight and were deplaned due to mechanical difficulty). Vinit and his team helped us figure out an alternative flight to get us to Istanbul, re-book our internal flight in Turkey (we missed the internal flight because of the international flight delay) and get us to our final destination of Kayseri as soon as possible. We really couldn’t do it without Vinit and his team's help. Secondly, when in Istanbul airport one of my friends lost her passport. This created a lot of anxiety amongst us as we just didn’t know how to handle this situation. Vinit tirelessly worked with his vendors in Turkey, made endless phone calls to figure out the passport was indeed in airport lost and found and helped us go to the airport and collect the passport (Vinit was also in Turkey at that time for his vacation). He had to work through a lot of challenges (like language barrier) and overcome roadblocks (like not knowing the process) to finally get the passport. Although Vinit was not working and was on vacation, he went out of his way to help us get the lost passport. Thank you Vinit and Northern Wheatear holidays team for the patience and figuring out a solution during this tense situation.

It was indeed the best tour of my life. Northern Wheatear saw that we are taken care completely. Be it visa arrangement, a pick up at airport, hotels arrangement and a tour guide to take us around. I highly recommend Northern Wheatear for their personalised services.

Me and my wife had planned our trip to Singapore in the year 2018 with Northern wheatear and I must say we had a super duper experience in terms of flights, the stay (Ibis at bencoolen street) and sight seeing. All our sight seeing operated by them were well managed & on time and the drivers were very courteous too. We had asked them to customise the itinerary as per our requirement and comfort and they made sure it was as per what we had asked for.

Northern Wheatear is an excellent travel agency- i have taken their services for 2 trips so far, one in Instanbul of 2 nights, 2 nights Cairo in 2019 October and another in Europe- 2 nights Rome, 3 nights Madrid, 3 nights Prague in November 2022; they provided entire ticketing, visa facilitation, airport pick up and drops, good hotels, good daily activities with tickets all in my budget. They were very accommodating of all changes/modifications i asked which i did 2-3 times. They are polite and courteous, know their work well and are dedicated to it as qualified professionals...i travelled with my mother to Istanbul and Cairo and all alone in Europe. It was very safe and joyous trip . They are highly recommended I will take many more trip in future through them in India and internationally.
