Please Please Please do not avail their services. Extremely irresponsible people. They completely messed up my mother's visa to singapore by submitting the necessary documents just one frickin day before she needed it. On top of it, they had the audacity to wash off any responsibility from their hands for submitting it late and threatened my mom to reject her application when she questioned them. Absolutely unprofessional, uncouth and unreliable people. There are several several other travel agencies in bangalore. Please go ahead with any one of them. Its not like Neptune travels have a great rating on the internet anyway. Trashy company. Trashy services. Trashy attitude. If i could give no star, I would.
