It would not have been possible for us to learn about the rich heritage and dynamic culture of the various places in Andaman & Nicobar Islands if we went to on our own. We will always remember the great time we had on this vacation.

Recently( in the first week of OCT) we went for 5N-6D trip through this agency. They changed hotels of not our choice after taking advance payment and told cock & bull stories like non availability& same category hotels etc even tough we paid advance amount 25 days prior to our travel.we opted & charged for 4 rooms and provided 3 rooms only.
Don’t believe the words of mr. Sasidharan in their team. He voluntarily prepare booking itinerary with Full of mistakes to confuse you. He gave us all false promises. He took money for royal class travel in ferry and provided economy/ luxury class.

I would recommend this agency to everyone. They coordinated well and ensured that our family of 8 had a exciting experience all throughout the 10 day tour. Roja who was the owner personally ensured that any concerns faced were sorted in a friendly and professional manner. This 10 day experience is something my family will remember for a while.
I seen few negative review about them too. Please understand even as a travel agency you cannot expect them to do wonders or magic when you make last minute plans. Plan in advance and you will see how an amazing experience they will ensure you go through.

Don't use the service of Naveen Travel Make as they will make arrangements for you but don't expect good services from them. I booked my honemoon trip through them and it didn't go as expected. They just did what they had to, to make it very average. Most Hotels booked by them were bad and a couple of them were good.
Expect service lags and unprofessional service from them.

We planned for 5days trip and Naveen travels organised it so well and without any waiting time all cabs Wer in time and covered all the places as planned . All staff and drivers Wer very kind and helpful. thank you so much for making our trip so goooooood

Overall trip management was good but hotel rooms provided could be more better. Although hotels locations were good but rooms provided should be at least deluxe class. Ferry booked should be in private cruises. Proper guide should be provided at the beginning of the tour so one can know the attractions briefly.

At all the four hotels we stayed, the bed cover and pillow covers were dirty and definitely used ones. Only when i noticed and asked, they changed with washed ones. This is highly deplorable.

Highly professional and great interaction by drivers and staff throughout the trip.
I will suggest them if u want a hassle free trip to all the Islands

I should wait for cab in every place for more than 30mins. They will book the ticket and send us to the place and tell us to buy tickets. Not worth the money I paid

Service provided by Naveen travel was good throughout journey as per need . . They were cooperative whenever needed .

They give you false and fake promises. Keeps your expectations higher till last moment and finally say they couldn't get tickets for ferry (Havelock & Ross, North Bay) and take you to some local places which are not even worth it. Not worth the money they ask. Planning a trip ourselves will be more easy, cheap and peaceful rather than going for this Naveen travel make

Overall experience was okay. We chose premium package but was given standard hotel rooms.
Hotel provided in Port Blair by this Travels was below standard. Other places Neil island and Havelock hotel was good.

My experience with Naveen travels is they will get you to the place arrange for entry tickets and drop above that as an guide for the tour you cant expect any professional services however intention is more of cost rather than customer satisfaction and people behaviour's also not up to the mark.

We had planned for a 4N / 5D tour to Andaman and all the arrangements were well done. The ground transport people were very accommodative and friendly

A wonderful and hassle-free experience.

They are really mind-blowing.
However would suggest them to share the timings of the first day of the trip in advance, so that we don't have to rush to visit the places.

We bukd for 4days package.. Bcz of miscommunication which was completely their mistake we had arguments after which they told they cannot show us places on 4th day.. It was very very bad on their part.. But We visited all the places they mentioned in I ternary by means of local transport.. But its their responsibility to take care of us bcz we r paying them..finally wen elwe r about to leave for airport they r coming n apologising which shows their worst attitude..

Naveen Travel Make took good care of me during my stay in Port Blair. The only problem was that not everyone spoke fluent English and there were sometimes communication issues.
