Normally I don't write reviews but I wanted to leave this review for NamasteIndiaTrip.com team for their excellent service to my parents who are old. Heartfelt thanks to their guide Gopal ji for taking care of my parents like his parents for 2 days. Special thanks to Harshji for going the extra mile to provide the best accommodation in divine kumbh and for providing the comfortable cab rides. My Dad is 75 and my mom is almost 65. They wanted to go to #MahaKumbhMela but they can't walk longer and are scared to go to kumbh due to the crowd. I couldn't take them because I am out of country due to work. So I was searching for the kumbh accommodation online and came across namasteindiatrip website. Pooja ji from sales team understood all my requirements and sent me cost details. I called her multiple times to get all the clarifications before paying the amount. She always answered my questions patiently. Manoj ji coordinated well in Varanasi and Harshji helped a lot to arrange everything in Prayagraj. He even arranged a cab in Hyderabad airport to go to my native place. Prayagraj Guide, Gopalji was with my parents for 2 full days to show various places in kumbh mela and to complete snan at sangam. Since my parents can't walk longer, he and his team carried them on their bikes to all the places. He was with my parents from 7 am to 11pm on the the day they were returning since they missed the flight in Prayagraj because of heavy traffic. He tried very hard to get a ticket for the next flight. My parents are so happy to be part of #MahaKumbhMela which comes every 144 years and said they would not have completed kumbh mela trip this successfully without the help of Gopalji and namasteindiatrip's team.
