The honeymoon trip from delhi to Shimla & manali was fantastic and well managed by Myntra holidays specially thanks to Parul Sharma for completely describe of journey plan before trip and trip was same as early mentioned in plan. I will again plan journey with family through myntra holidays in next holidays. And also recommend to others. Thanks you so much to myntra holidays and also Parul mam for such a memorable honeymoon trip.

We have just done a tour of Leh Ladakh with myntraholidays Company. We have had a very good experience. We had booked a bike for Leh tour. Miss Anjali was in a constant touch with us to make sure that everything is at its place. I'll highly recommend them. Thank you for memorable tour.

I have recently booked a Heaven Himachal Trip trip from Myntra Holidays and thats for 9n10d and the name of my sales executive is Ms. Parul. The trip was outstanding we enjoyed alot in our trip i recomend all of you that you can book your trip from Myntra Holidays to make your trip memoable.

They are not provided as per their promise. At Shimla hotels were not good and At Manali food was not good... They just act as broker they will not care about customer... Its not worth to go with myntra.. Go for the better one.... Its waste..

Very hopeless tour arranged by myntra. wastage of money with my tour. We have very bad experience for shimla kullu manali tour. Third class management. Assurance for hotel and car was given was not provided. Cheap servicer provided. Don't book...

All member from co. Are behind the money . This is not good service provider co. bolte kuch hai and service dete kuch hai. Khali paiso ki demand karte hai bar bar.

People went for tour for their enjoyment .. but we had very bad experience ... We allmost fight every day for assured hotel... assured sevice... assure vehical . during our 6 days tour. but the myntra holidays i.e mr hitesh sharma. Mrs dimple sharma and mr deepak never responded

Be alert From MYNTRA HOLIDAY SHIMALA TOUR AGENT,

I am the extremely disappointing experience my family and I had during our recent Shimla, kullu & Manali tour booked through Myntra Holidays Shimla. Despite having paid all due amounts and receiving assurances from Myntra Holidays team, the services provided were far from satisfactory and have left us deeply dissatisfied.

Firstly, there was a clear discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered. We were assured of an Innova vehicle suitable for our group, which included two additional persons. However, upon arrival, we were provided with an Ertiga, which is insufficient for accommodating seven passengers along with luggage. This misrepresentation was not only inconvenient but also uncomfortable for our group.

Moreover, the manner in which this situation was handled reflects a significant deficiency in service quality and professionalism on the part of Myntra Holidays staff. The misleading communication, coupled with the unresponsive and unsupportive attitude displayed by Myntra Holidays team, further aggravated our dissatisfaction.

This experience has left us feeling misled, and distrustful of Myntra Holidays' services. It is evident that Myntra Holidays company prioritizes financial gain over customer satisfaction and integrity. Such practices are not only unethical but also damaging to Myntra Holidays reputation.

We demand a resolution to this matter and expect appropriate corrective action to be taken. Additionally, we reserve the right to pursue further actions if this issue is not addressed satisfactorily.

Recently I have travelled to Manali via Myntra holidays package as my first experience was so bad I can't explain in words as the employees are not allowed trust worthy firstly the promise me to book my choice of hotel despite of being I told them it's being showing sold out to me but the concern Mr Hitesh Sharma promised me to book the same property for me despite of being sold out at the dates said that they have some links after their fancy commitments I paid them a sum 5000 as token money over all the total package costing me of Rs 21000 with my choice property for 3 nights 4 days. As it being too costly as per my calculations but the staff promised me the best experience and service regarding my stay the after sometime I let to know that the hotel for which I booked my package can't be provided to me as it's being sold out for the dates so it clearly indicates to me that they just promised me to get the amount from me nothing else this the first experience even after starting my journey was so bad that I dealing with frauds or what then too i trusted them and they said they would be providing me the best property as compared to my older property but I would be charged more then I said that firstly you made me a false commitment to me and know it's your fault then too i need to pay more why ? Even your should reduce your price in package as your false commitment to me and even you are charging me more then too i agreed that if I will be getting the best room with Jacuzzi in that as I saw online that promised me and I agreed again on their false statement even I told them it's my honeymoon trip they said they would decorate the room but nothing was there and even room was also not as per my instructions it was a smaller one. Then their tone changed that u need to pay the complete amount for this only they were very rude too and even mostly blunder they did was they told me to pay approx 7000 amount to hotel that I refused that I booked my trip from Myntra holidays so I why I need to pay someone else or hotel but try forced me to pay to the hotel only.so overall my experience is very very horrible and pathetic I would not recommend to any one my colleges or friends to book it from Myntra holidays as the staff is fraud or the company may be as the staff would be told very bad experience ? pls take some strict action against such staff specially Mr Hitesh Sharma.

Even I too belong to Service industry banking sector even your company current account is with my bank only. Then too such experience.

My experience with Mantra Holidays was disappointing; it felt. I caution others against choosing them for their travel needs.

myntra holidays are not good people... they have have a one team including hotel person driver and sales person who convence with false promises giving in package.. even they Do not have manners for women and children.. if you dont want to spoil your trip than dont go with myntra holiday..

Horrible experience as Myntra has shown pictures of well furnished big room but practically while check in, it was too small rooms with much facilities. In Manali, Myntra has shown photo graphs of hotel in Mall road, while booking of Ist night was in different hotel.

Suggestion is not to go with Myntra

Worst experience of my life with the travel agent. Pitched me a deluxe package and charged exorbitant price only to find upon reaching the destination that it was a pathetic, low budget lodging in a shady hotel for me and my family. We somehow managed for 3 days because they simply refused to change the room or the hotel citing reasons that it was peak season. Had i booked from MMT or other app, It would have cost me much less. Save your money and never book with such agents as they only manipulate you !!!

It was fantastic journey with Myntra holidays. Everything was good in journey like Volvo, cab driver, hotel view. No trouble.highly recommended manju verma mam. She is taking continuous followup throught the journey.

I went to Himachal Pradesh tour with my family.I tried all travel agents before planning while searching all travel agents I found out Myntra Holidays Tour Agent Mr.Hetesh sharma was providing correct information about the places to visit and having sufficient knowledge about my interests in places to visit. He had given me my choice of places and vehicle and the price fitted my budget. He even waited almost 1 month for my confirmation and still given me the price which he given me on the first day of my contract with him. He had provided me with best hotel's/ Vilas to stay. If any of my friends or family members want to visit Himachal, I would definitely suggest Mr.Hetesh sharma name and provide his contact number.

When u. Travelling by this agency one time then u.want to travel many more time. Again

We booked package of 98000 with ertiga ( big car we paid 10000 extra ...for Swift desire car :88000 package)

But they sent us Swift desire car..

They are looting people Money..they are stopping car middle in the journey and asking money .. please take this case for serious

They give different rooms and last trip days they won't pay money to lodge and we only have to pay everything

BEST experience by mintra tours and travels. Volvo bus not comfertable in seating. Food QUALITY and hotel is best. Best staff for guidance and suggestions. Cab drivers also very cooperative and adjustable.I recommend to all.
