My Voyage

They have been excellent in all respects.Car arrangment,pick up and drop to station,safari booking, accommodation etc.Every arrangment were top class.only problem I faced is food options at the lodge they booked me.Room was good and clean with all basic amenities but food options were very little.
Otherwise all fine.

My wife and myself had travelled to NE (Guwahati, Kaziranga, Dirang, Tawang and Bom Dila) for the 1st time and chose My Voyage for arranging the trip. We do not regret the decision as the tour went very smoothly as promised in the itinerary. Overall the hotels and food are OK. Notwithstanding, we experienced some slackness in admin level in some of the hotels, particularly in Tawang (Dolma Guest) hot water provision was not available, frequent power cuts, internet issues. Imagine, during our stay (11-12 May 2022), the boy used to bring hot water in a bucket to third floor for our bathing, so as the case in Kaziranga, power failure. The vehicle provided along with the driver was good. The driver needs to be more proactive, otherwise he is perfect, if you do not consider any extravaganza. My Voyage should take-up this issue with their hotels partners in NE.
We enjoyed the trip and thankful to My Voyage for their cooperation, arrangements and helpfulness.

I and my wife travelled to NE for the 1st time and chose My Voyage for arranging the trip. We never regretted the decision as the tour went very smoothly as promised in the itinerary. The hotels, food and vehicle provided were excellent and stay very comfortable. The hotel also arranged for a cultural program in the evening where We could enjoy the regional music and dance (Bihu). We had a swell time in kaziranga. Looking forward to visiting Tawang this time.

My Voyage has given a highly customer friendly, hassle free and comfortable tour for two of us. Innova driver Binoy was excellent. I highly recommend this Agency for any NE tour

Book at your own risk if you wish to ruin your vacation. Still if you happen to book with them pay only 50% of the amount & pay remaining at the end of the tour. Because once they receive the entire payment, you will be left at their mercy.
I had a very torrid experience with them. Nothing went by as they promised. I was given a filthy car with an even more filthy & rude driver. They won’t pick up your calls if you complain about anything. A certain part of our itinerary was cancelled due to lockdown. Initially we were promised that the amount for cancelled itinerary shall be fully refunded but later on they denied to refund any amount towards cancellation. I ended up losing almost Rs. 35000 .
Tour operators like these should be delisted & their license should stand cancelled for gobbling up people’s hard-earned money.

They are an excellent agency for planning customised trips . They gave us an amazing,friendly ,knowledgeable guide and booked safe ,clean ,budget friendly reliable places to stay in . On top of that we visited the northeast during the CAA agitations and they were constantly in touch with us to ensure our safety and well being . The best part of the trip was how considerate they were of our budget . Do ring them up if you need their services .

Thanks for suggesting My Yoyage.our trip of Assam-Meghalaya was organised very well by My Voyage, this October. Everything went very smoothly. Vehical provided for 8 days was very comfortable.

We five senior citizen ladies booked the tour through My Voage. Great experience. Car and driver was very good. Taken care of us very well. All the places covered as per itinerary. Owner guided us time to time. Hotels were up to the mark. The tour was excellent with My Voage. Again in future definitely we will book the tour with them.

We had a thoroughly bad experience with My voyage. The condition of the vehicle provided is pathetic, while the vehicle shown on the pics is brand new. Especially, in places like North east, where you travel a lot on the hilly road, a prerequisite is a good vehicle, which itself was missing. Secondly, this travels is not to be used for Arunchal, as they are not familiar with the places, terrain. The worst part is that driver himself sais that the iterinary provided is not feasible to do. The agent does not even call you once in the journey to understand whether things are ok etc. Overall, we had a terrible experience with My Voyage and the recommendation is clearly a NO NO if your destination is Arunachal. We just finished our journey in Nov 2018

we had a 5 day trip planned by My Voyage to visit Shillong, Cherapunji and Kaziranga.

Shillong turned out to be a very busy place; would have liked to stay in a quieter part of the bustling capital. We did a lot of travelling in the 3 days that we were there- always seemed to be on the move;

Cherapunji without rains can be missed though the caves were interesting.

The resort in Kaziranga was quiet and relaxing. the national park with elephant & jeep safaris were very enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit.

The drivers were well mannered and knowledgeable. The reservations were in place. A wider choice of elegant hotels would be welcome. Enjoyed the trip

We were on 12 days tour of Assam Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya.Whole tour package was planned by Myvoyage. I found this tour and travels on site. Before that I never knew about it . First time we visited eastern northern states. Our whole tour was so fantastic and amazing We enjoyed a lot. Whole credits goes to Myvoyage tour and travels . They provided good conditioned Innova with a very good driver and very good accommodation . The accommodation at Kaziranga and Nameri Eco camp was just amazing .Even tourist places planned by Myvoyage was very amazing. Thanks Myvoyage
