This was our first holiday booking with BIG TRIP. Our trip to Portugal, Spain and Nice was organized by Mr Ritesh. We had an amazing holiday with personalized services. I was in touch with Ritesh My bigtrip tour since two month due to date adjustment and atlast finalised the trip to Bali. He was so humble every time replying to my so many questions. He has given us very good package with all requirements fullfilled and made our trip memorable. My 4.5 yr daughter enjoyed at Trans studio and water activities. I have personally experienced very good arrangement by Big trip group. Since start till end, coordination was good.
