A wonderful experience for a lifetime! Everything was excellent organized. Mousebird Safaris is a very professional organization. They guide you from beginning to end. We received all detailed instructions by email before departure. At the airport we were greeted by the guide Donald who was helpful and ready to explain everything. he enjoys his work and animals. everyone is well organized, if one of the guides sees an animal that is rarely seen, he informs the other colleagues so that everyone can get to that position. the accommodation was excellent. you can have complete confidence in Mousebird Safaris. You are safe in their hands! Thank you for everything, everyone, especially Donald!

This was a great experience in 2 days, Tarangire & Ngorongoro with Mousebird Safaris. They went above and beyond with providing a great service and taking care of all the details that were needed for this safari. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to go on safari. The tour was very well organized and communication was excellent. Good attention was paid to dietary requirements at all accommodations. Our guide Lucas was excellent, knowledgeable about the animals and different national parks and happy to cater to specific areas of interest and requests.

It was our first safari, not even in our best dreams did we think it could be like this. Our guide Lucas was the one made it possible. He was attentive to all the details to make us have an unforgettable experience. He have seen the big five in the first 24 hours! That was really amazing. We saw almost all the animals really close to the car. We are very grateful to the company for how we designed the trip together. And again another mention for our guide.

This firm contracts drivers from other firms who pick up other passengers so you wait ages and go to several hotels. In this case, the driver took us to the wrong hotel and would not/could not take us to the right one. Long story short we were forced to pay 350 Dollars to stay in the wrong (and and horrible) hotel, although we had prepaid to stay in a 5 star one, as the driver would not/could not take us to the correct one. We reported this to the police and a court case is ongoing as Mousebird denies giving the driver the instructions to take us to a specific hotel (I saw his dossier from Mousebird plus it was on our itinerary.) The police are aware of this and are looking into this. Avoid this firm.

If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be to ensure that there is a clear communication channel during the safari, especially in case of any unexpected changes in the schedule. While this didn't pose a major issue, having a contingency plan in place could further enhance the overall experience.
