It is always amazing and magnificent to visit the land of lords there are always so many wishes and excitements in our heart when we visits such hill station like nainital and ranikhet the land of purity,truth and almighty god's and for such journey we need to have a partner who care us and who take us such wonderful places in such journey monks and monkeys I found really professional and it manage my all the tour destinations where I should go and all hotels cabs and meals which I really appreciate their efforts and strong bond and trust with the customer.

We were 5 people, travelled to Shimla and Manali for 6 days with family. We are satisfied with their services. It was a properly arranged tour. We would recommend the services of Monks and Monkeys Travels.

We were in group of 15 people from Dubai. We went on for a trip to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Srinagar and Laddakh. Hotels were good, tempo traveller was good and food was good. Felt little problem in Taj mahel due to hot season and little in srinagar, other than that trip was very good. Properly arranged by Monk and monkeys group. Representative Asif was very cooperative.
We recomend others to use thier services.

Greetings!

I am sorry but your below review feed back is incorrect. Firstly for our holiday you didn't full fill our requirements as per your commitments. We have paid you 2/3 of the payment and withheld 1/3 of it as you failed to deliver your commitments. As per your invoice it stated that we paid a deposit for 4 star hotels. Upon our arrival in delhi we came to know that all our hotels were 3 star ratings. We pointed this our to your representative (Ashish) who came to receive us at the airport. He said he will discuss it with Momita (our tour planner) and get back. The next day Momita advised that it was her mistake and all hotels should be 3 star rating. Well all while we trusted one of the Monks & Moneys Travel Private Limited company's staff's mistake and our once a life time trip was ruined. Even the car which was booked for us to travel around was so small and didn't fit our luggage properly. In fact one of our large suitcase's was damaged during transit. We found Monks and Moneys Travel Company very unreliable and not taking any accountability for their mistakes. Its an absolute lie that we enjoyed 12 days of our 14 day tour as well as providing satisfactory feedback over hangout. In fact our international mobile hardly worked in India and we had no Wifi while travelling around. Wifi was only accessed at some hotels but with very limited connection or always had issues with it. On one occasion our driver advised that he had to leave us behind and he won't be able to drop us to domestic airport. He did arrange for another taxi to take us however we had to pay for that fare from our pocket. We were told by Momita that fare will be reimbursed but with all above dramas that never happened.

Overall I would say anyone booking with Monks & Money Travel Private Limited need to be very careful as they never honour their commitments and work around stating it was their mistake. In my opinion we taught them a lesson that they need to cop their own mistakes not rip others off.

I have used Monks & Monkey for the 2nd time and again a very good service provided. I was In conversation with Mohini the 1st time and Momita the 2nd time. All the information I had requested was spot on I was always updated all the time. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again next year too.

We had a very gd driver n its was very well organised...definitely we will return to India for more holidays n will book thru M&M travel

Not professional and some sloppy planning. They were more interested on gaining business instead of client satisfaction. But delivered on most basic areas of transportation and accommodation.
