I recently had an unforgettable trip to Kashmir, all thanks to Mia Kashmir Tour and Travel. From the moment I booked my trip, the experience was smooth and well-organized. A special thanks to Uzma Ma’am, who was always available to answer my queries and guide me throughout the journey.

The hotels, transport, and itinerary were perfectly planned, making my trip hassle-free and enjoyable. Every destination was breathtaking, and the hospitality was exceptional. I highly recommend Mia Kashmir Tour and Travel for anyone planning a Kashmir trip.

It was an amazing trip and everything so well planned and oragnised that we just had to bother about packing my bags, rest everything was seamless.

I would like to thank Uzma and his team for such a wonderful experience throughout and enjoyed the family trip.
On very short notice she arranged cake and dinner for our anniversary.

Just 1 more thing as you also know that travel industry has a very competitive environment these days and everyone is offering almost the same price. So price is no longer a differentiator for repeat customers. Superior customer service differentiates you in your business...

What's Not Good: Nothing

What's Good: Package was very nice with best hotels and everyone was very friendly nature although Mia madam is very nice as she is available for 24x7 hours.
What's Not Good: Nothing.

We started our kashmir tour from jammu tavi Railway station to Pahalgam, Srinagar, Sonamarg, Jozela pass Kargil , Baltal , Amarnath ji holy cave, back to Baltal, Sonamarg to Srinagar and Srinagar to Gulmarg and return to Srinagar and finally drop at Jammu tavi railway station. All nicely planned and arranged. On cancellation of our Helicopter tickets to Panchtarni they provided accommodation to us in sonamarg on urgent basis and promised to take refund from arrow company and credit in my account. They being cheap and best , We recommend them to all those planning Kashmir tour.

Our experience was amazing. The tour was planned very well and we had a great time. Uzma madam was very helpful and co-operative and did a great job planning our itinerary. I would love to visit Kashmir again through Uzma madam. Thank you!!

Mia Kashmir is the worst travel booking agency. We booked our 8-night, 9-day package for Kashmir through booking agent Ms. Uzma. It was the worst experience. She never called, never asked about how the hotel, food, or our activities were going, or if the cab was coming or not. She only called for payment. The rooms were small, and the bathrooms were full of smell, and the glasses were also smelling. She booked the worst houseboat, in which a person couldn't stay. She spoiled our whole trip. I advise not to book from this agency.
