Mmt is a fraud company.we have planned our full trip with them including VISA but my travek is tomorrow and till now i haven’t received my visa.I made a mistake booking with. @makemytrip .I should have tried something else.I recommend please so NOT book/plan any trip with MakeMyTrip. Swati Sharma who was the sales contact totally stopped answering our calls after we paid for the booking. Look at the audacity of such people and such fraud companies.

Booked a hotel in Kodaikanal, after booking the booked hotel's location is showing as Munnar, Kerala. Even after calling the customer care and hotel management number of times no service provided. Didnt even got the refund of Rs. 8000. Even though the managent didnt returned my refund they send me an invoice of Rs. 5000. Totally non professional service.
