I recently booked a trip to Kashmir for my family through Magic Trips India, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish, the agency was incredibly professional and attentive to our needs. They arranged everything perfectly for our group of 12, ensuring that we had a comfortable and memorable journey. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to explore the stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and delicious cuisine of Kashmir. Our accommodations were top-notch, and the local guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Every detail was taken care of, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Magic Trips India for anyone looking to explore this beautiful region. They truly made our family trip magical.

Worst experience with this travels. We booked a pune tour for 6 days. They took 75% amount before two months of our tour. They booked false flight tickets and they cancelled after a week. They took complete amount for hotels but they didn't give amount to the hotels after check in they are asking us to pay remaining money. They booked a hotel and sent us the booking confirmation mail, after a week they cancelled that hotel. We don't know about that we directly went hotel and enquiring about our room but they are saying no booing on your name. After 2 hrs of struggling we got the room. If they didn't do pre booking why they have taken money from us before 2 months? Can driver: they send a worst cab for us. Inside the car is very dirty. Glasses was broken. When we enter in to the cab immediately asking to pay remaining balece of cab. How we can pay 6 days of amount without knowing any thing. The driver stopped his car in road and asking money very rudely and saying that without paying amount we will not move. Finally we gave 100% of amount for flight and hotel booking but till the last date of my return journey ,they didn't book flight tickets. After paying amount nashra who is planned our trip saying that our tharun sir got heart attack you have to change your travelling dates. We asked for refund but they won't give. Finally don't go withaa this travels you got fake flight tickets, fake hotel bookings, worst cab services, they stops the cabs on rods and saying rude words, hotels don't allow to go without giving complete amount. If you want to spoil your tour and want more tensions go with this travels.

I would like to share my experience with magic trip .Recently we have visited goa ,unfortunately our tour was very bad ,no properly planned from agent side infact agent is not aware about the places n areas to be visited by us. Only hotel was good ?? but would not recommend anyone to book from here .our trip was waste .Dinner cruise was very low quality . For water acitivites ,he asked to travel for 3 hour from morjim to malvan beach n too in non ac winger.poor n unhygienic food was served during this. Don’t trust on these agent better go by own. Lack of professional,misleading people .

My experience with this agency was so terrible that I felt compelled to write this review to warn others. First and foremost, the hotel they booked for me was abysmal. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was no better—mold in the shower, leaky faucets, and barely any hot water. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep with all the noise from the street and the paper-thin walls. The overall service was equally disappointing. When I called Magic trip India Tours and Travels to complain and request a different accommodation, I was met with unhelpful and rude customer service representatives. They offered no solutions and seemed indifferent to my plight. I felt completely abandoned by the agency, which should have been there to ensure my trip went smoothly. Moreover, the itinerary was poorly organized. There were long gaps between activities, and many of the promised attractions and excursions were either closed or not as described. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation, where I paid for one thing and received something entirely different and of much lower quality. In conclusion, my trip with Magic trip India Tours and Travels was a disaster. The terrible hotel and rooms, coupled with their appalling customer service, ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. I strongly advise against using Magic trip India Tours and Travels. Save yourself the trouble and book with a more reputable agency that values its customers and delivers on its promises. Very important one is they never give a best food very poor and taste less they treat us as a beggar i never recommend to others don't waste money time and health... better plan other one. the breakfast per head is 1/2 bread omlete when we called to travels the answer is very rude.. In conclusion, my trip with Magic trip India Tours and Travel was a disaster. The terrible hotel and rooms, coupled with their appalling customer service and inedible food, ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. I strongly advise against using Turs and Travel. Save yourself the trouble and book with a more reputable agency that values its customers and delivers on its promises. Don't waste your money, time, or health with this company.

Never plan with this company.We had planned our Goa trip from magic trip the service and accommodation was very bad the hotel royal village.which they provide us not good food, not clean rooms .here was very bad over all the trip was very bad planned and if have complained the magic trip manager or who ever is the responsible person is not even calling to solve the problem they off there phones . No one can help. Don't plan with this company its not worthy.

Not a good experience, Accommodation was good, because it was suggested by us. Rest planning of the trip by magic trip india was worst, not organised. Unplanned
