Very Agent have their own advantages and disadvantages. I'll sharing my experience.
In terms of money , Yes, it was reasonable when compare to other planners but there were other stuff which wasn't well. When we discussed the plan and their agent shared the itinerary with us mentioned around 5 points in each city but after reaching there they were like "Go to any one place and come back its not worth going and other reasons" and didn't even mention that taxi was just to drop not to give us tour. We'vw to book taxi, poni in every place even in local srinagar to go to places. Hotels he did wasn't at all at prime location neither they shared the prime locations i.e, Dal Lake(srinagar) or River side(Pahlgam). I would suggest if we're looking money than they might be good but other than than I wont book and recommend them. They give incomplete information even asking regularly before booking, they are just sweet with words thats it.
