Giving four stars because there are scopes of improvement. It was our first trip to Kashmir and our experience was nice with Kong Fly Tour and Travels!! Kudos to Ms. Ohmehra Jan, CEO and entire my holidays planner team?? Kong Fly Tour and Travels team made perfect arrangement for our 4N 5D trip to Kashmir. We were overwhelmed by their hospitality and support from the day one of our trip. Ms. Ohmehra Jan herself provided us a great package for Srinagar-Pahalgham-Sonmarg-Srinagar trip. She customized our package based on our needs. She used to call us daily to ensure we have reached all our destined locations safely, that was very sweet of her. Wherever we find any difficulty she herself handled that matter and done the needful immediately. She herself visited our hotel for sorting difficulties. She has considered our suggestions and has acted on them immediately and take note of those suggestions for future as well. Hotel provided to us at Pahalgam (New Tulip) was great with scenic beauty, Staff there was very helpful and humble. Mr Gulam Hasan Chaudhary, (Transporter) ensured that all our transfers were smooth and provided us great knowledge about places we travelled in Kashmir. We will definitely recommend Kong Fly Tour and Travels for Kashmir trip. I wish the Kong Fly team a very bright furture. I also wish her (the CEO) 'LESSIV' - a Kashmiri word to wish 'Live Long'.....
