From start to finish, the trip was a seamless blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion. Firstly, the Materuni Waterfalls offered a breathtaking spectacle of nature's beauty. We did a 7 day hiking trip to Kili and then a 9 day safari with kilisherpas Travel. Everything worked well and as advertised. We had a super team that probably made the difference in the whole family reaching the top of Kili. As it is a 7 day hike (Machame route), having a good porter and guide team is essential both for the camp atmosphere and for assistance and expertise to achieve your goal. We would specifically like to thank gabriel (guide whos speaks impecable German), John (cook assistant speaks v good English and was always in a super mood) and the cook, Godfriy who made the most fabulous meals. Tanzania is a premium travel destination, the proces though are matched by exceptional experiences and the best wildlife conditions that I have ever seen.
