It was a great experience to travel through KC transport from Amritsar to Manali, Shimla, Chandigarh. The vehicle was in a very good condition and the driver of our vehicle Mr. Harnesh Kumar was a good person, he drove us safely and was in time always. We had kids along us. We were very comfortable. He recommended good restaurants and was very cooperative. We recommend people to travel with KC travels.

We booked for 10 days package tour, from Chandigarh -shimla-dharamshala-dhalhousi-amritsar- Chandigarh. It was well organised, but hotel arrangement made in outer city in every location, which was very badly maintained in every angle like non hygienic, poor hospitality etc, except sakura palace in Manali. It is the technic of travel agency for saving cost of lodging. In our case, the taxi which was sent from travel agency, was very poorly maintained and arranged, drunken driver to whom in every point we needed to wake him up in morning even though we asked to driver in previous evening to stay ready in specific time. More over, a very rash driving, luckily, we escaped from a major accident. We had already informed to travel agency that, being we are senior citizens, we specifically urged to agency to provide good driver and well maintained taxi to be alloted which was totally ignored from travel agency authority. In conclusion,thank God, we reached back to home safely.
