It was not worthy trip with Kashmir water world. They promised to give 3 star premium hotel but they provided 2 star hotel, even that hotel doesn’t qualify for 2 star. Hotel services were poor, staff were rude. They promised at the time of booking that they will change hotel immediately if any occurs but Ifra and Reyaz from kashmir water world refuse to change hotel and spoken with me rudely. First of all I wouldn’t suggest to take travel package with this travel partner but if you are taking travel package with them so take everything in writing.
