My family and my friend's family from Chennai visited Kashmir from 24th Dec to 31st Dec 2024. We booked our package through Kashmir Royal Travels. We had a very good experience with them and especially with Mr.Farhan bhai. Right from the day1 or I would say even before that ie from the day we booked our package Farhan bhai was very supportive. We were a bit hesitant with some of the news that came from Kashmir after we confirmed our tour but Farhan bhai ensured our safety and also kept us updated each and every day about the tourists flow to Kashmir. He was so flexible in making the itinerary we proposed. Right from day 1 till we depart he always ensured that everything was going good. The accommodation and the car he provided are of great quality and we are very much happy and highly satisfied with his service. Farhan bhai was so friendly and we had a personal connect with him. On the 28th, we had a heavy snowfall in Srinagar and so the bus, taxi and trains were completely stopped and we could find no taxi/auto to hospital for an emergency. But Farhan bhai came all the way from his house and took us to the hospital despite the heavy snowfall. He was with us for more than 4 hours until we got discharged and also dropped us back to the hotel after ensuring that we are feeling better. Note: He refused to accept the payment that he paid for us in the hospital. We are really really touched with his service. Finally, not to forget the driver/guide Momin Bhai was so so friendly and he was so patiently waiting for us in each and every place. He took us to all the places that we asked for. Worst travel providers. It’s really worst experience. Never trust their words. We had a very bad experience with Farhaan. First they talk you very politely but in your last day of trip they will force you to pay extra money else they will tell you like we won’t move ahead n leave car here with some bullshit excuse. So, i will never suggest to book with this traveler.

We have just come back from Kashmir and used their services for sightseeing and also for intercity travel. Their cars were in excellent condition. Faroz bhai and Farhan took great care of us and guided us well. Also they never pushed us to try or buy things that we were not interested in. Would recommend them highly.
