Best tour package provider. We booked a honeymoon package from them. They gave us the best rate as compared to other. When we reached hotel we got the warm welcome. We stayed in Casaurina, first I was bit worried as it was in southern part but later on I realised that it was the best decision. Manish was always there in whatsapp and group chat. He gave us the best package. The best part was that they arranged special day with romantic dinner. Thanks Manish for your help.

They are available every time. We booked a trip from KAN FIGHT FARES, The trip was properly arranged. The transport was. Too good, we got Limo and Mercedes in all activities. On second day when we went for Burj k we asked them for extra time and they co-ordinate with the occasion provider an did the needful. The best thing was the arrangements done by them . Manish was very helpful. Thanks KAN FLIGHT FARES for this wonderful trip.

We senior citizens 9 of us took a 12 day trip to Turkey, we were sure about our food choices being Vegetarians , was promised in the itinerary shared and we were left home and dry without proper lunch and dinners
We were promised lunch and dinners and was not provided. Missed Palmukkale day trip as they failed to communicate what they received from Viator, we kept on waiting and finally hired private vehicle which costed us Euros 820 and promised to look into it orally.
Next day coach to airport never turned up and had to hire 3 taxis in the last moment by paying 3000 Turkish lira and they confirmed reimbursement by whatsapp, finally we were informed that there will not be any reimbursement.Hence we are taking legal action .

We recently booked a trip and unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor service, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises. Issues: 1. Pick Up Car : : We were stranded in a foreign country where the car arranged to drop us to the Airport did not arrive . The agency failed to notify us or provide any assistance. We had to book a last minute taxi , for which they confirmed us that they will pay up the fare and we are still awaiting the refund even after 2 weeks of the travel. . 2. Hotel Mix-up: The hotels booked was not as per the itinerary shared , and we were given a lower-category hotels without any explanation. 3. Itinerary Changes: The agency made changes to the itinerary without confirming , resulting in missed tours and activities.Also in one instance the same tour was booked for 2 days . 4. Unresponsive Customer Service: Multiple calls and emails to the agency ( Ankit Bajaj and Manish) went unanswered or were met with unhelpful responses. Poor Communication: The agency's communication was inconsistent, and were often left in the dark about important details. They failed to provide timely updates, and their responses were often vague or dismissive. Lack of Transparency: The agency's pricing was unclear, and I was surprised by hidden fees and charges. ( Specially on GST charges for visa processing and T CS) Unreliable Services: The agency's services were unreliable, and we felt abandoned during the trip. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises made my trip stressful and disappointing. Rating Breakdown: • Service: 1/5 • Communication: 1/5 • Value: 2/5 • Overall Experience: 1/5 Advice to Others: Be cautious when booking with them . Ensure you thoroughly research and understand their policies, pricing, and services before making a decision.
