Sheer waste of money and buying headaches with this tour company

We, group of 4, just completed trip to Zuluk -Gangtok- Lachung with Kadambari Tours, Siliguri. Their services were pathetic and thoroughly unprofessional. They collected the full amount from us and did not pay to the homestay in Zuluk, which came to us as a rude shock when we were refused room in Mukhiya Homestay, Zuluk, after our arrival. The matter of nonpayment was told to us by one Ms. Sumitra, the hotel manager.
In Lachung, they promised one hotel initially which was okayed by me. At last moment, they chnaged it to a lousy property which has unclean toilets, malfunctioning cistern, health faucet.
Finally, in terms of vehicle, during booking it was asked and agreed as Innova only. For Lachung trip, they allotted an old, poor conditioned Scorpio.

On phone, during discussion on the above points, they sounded arrogant and always justified their actions.

Overall, i would say, Kadambari Tours & Travels is a rouge travel co, Travellers should be cautious while dealing with this agency

the tour poorly planned giving us shabby hotels and accommodation, there was no pains taken in including good destination sites. Despite my repeated msgs kadambari is not providing the bill for visit

I booked package from kadambri tour n tarav3l. Fisrt they book package by sying will b very goos. After reach me give me hotel which dont give good breKfast. And when i told them they dont give response

Worst travel services and very bad experience. I would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling to North east .
I had booked 5 days tour for my parents in month of July 2023.
1) Every hotel they booked were very very pathetic room. The pictures and details they have given at starting in travel list were good but when we reached there, the reality is totally different . Rooms were smelly and with lack of hotel staff. Please don't deceived by these kind of people. They spoke very nicely when they want to take money from you after that they don't care .
2)Even some sites were also not covered mentioned in the package. They want to make money only, no customer service and hospitality .
3) Parking fees is still not refunded to us that my parents paid during the trip which was initially the part of package , we kept calling him(Vipin his name) and he didn't answer the call but when we tried with different number he made excuses to pay the amount . Still not settled yet.
Please don't fall in their trap and book you trip from this agency.

Had a wonderful experience with them during our trip to North Sikkim. The hotels, cars, food everything was good and at affordable rates. Mr Abhijit and Navin were always available even in the middle of the night for queries. Would highly recommend them.

I have booked 5 night 6 days north Sikkim tour from Kadambari tours through Mr. Naveen. He has provided us very good hotels in gangtok, lachen and lachung as well as very good vehicles alongwith expert drivers specially Mr.Jojo who was very friendly with us. I really appreciate the service and care which Mr.Naveen provide us for made our trip memorable

I booked a 4 day plan of North Sikkim through Kadambari trips and travels and it was an excellent experience. They provided us with best of the hotels, drivers, meals and everything else was also taken care of in such a reasonable price. The executives were also very courteous and communication was also transparent. Loved it, I highly recommend their services to anyone going Sikkim

Please, don't suggest unprofessional & mismanaged travel agency " Kadambari Tours & Travels " to anyone. They spoiled my Sikkim tour.

I booked a tour for North Sikkim with them and I had a great experience throughout the trip. Mr. Anuj was very helpful. All the hotels, cabs were great and the cab drivers were quite friendly and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 days there.I will definitely book again with them when I plan any trip to Northeast.
