What's Not Good: It was a horrid experience since they exported monies and didn't pay the on ground vendors properly which hampered our services and experience that we had prepaid for.

A Family Trip Gone Wrong

We recently booked a luxury family trip to the Andamans (10 people), and unfortunately, our experience with Jeto Vacations was far from smooth. I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Key Issues We Faced:

Scare tactics from Day 1: The team repeatedly used fear-driven arguments (e.g., “if you book through Agoda or Booking.com, your hotel might reject you upon arrival”) to push us into booking through them even when it is a 5-star property.

Miscommunication everywhere: The sales guy (Vaibhav, in our case) promised one thing, while the backend team processed something else. Half the time, their own people in the WhatsApp group weren’t aligned on what was committed.

Constant firefighting: Every 2–3 days, a new issue would crop up, leading to hundreds of WhatsApp messages, arguments, and last-minute “fixes.”

We did the follow-ups, not them: We often had to call hotel reservation desks ourselves, discover discrepancies, and then alert the Jeto team to correct the bookings.

Higher pricing with no peace of mind: Ironically, the hotels themselves offered us better rates. But Jeto’s scare tactics convinced us to book through them at a higher cost—thinking we’d get peace of mind. Instead, we got stress and confusion.

Not genuine ratings: Their high star ratings online may look impressive, but based on our experience (and recent reviews from the past 6 months), they don’t reflect reality.

Bottom line:
Try not to book via Jeto Vacations. There are plenty of better and more reliable vendors out there. You’ll save money, time, and a lot of frustration.

What's Good: I recently had the pleasure of using your services for my trip to the Maldives, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude.

What's Not Good: We had already posted a review once, but after our recent experience we feel it is important to share again. During our visit, we faced serious difficulties and the response from their side was extremely poor. Even after contacting them after reaching back in India, there was no sense of responsibility shown.

We were a team of 12 people, and almost everyone had the same bad experience. This included senior members and even a 3.5-year-old child, for whom they charged adult rates. Such practices are highly unacceptable.

Everyone deserves to know this before trusting them. No one should fall into such a situation unknowingly. If this is the way they treat people coming from India, one can imagine how they might behave with others as well.

What's Good: Recently we booked our honeymoon trip to Bali, Indonesia through Jeto Vacations. It was an amazing experience throughout. They planned the perfect itinerary for us according to our convenience. They provided very good hotel stay and private pool villa, with very nice breakfast.
Special thanks to Ajay sir and his team for being so cooperative and addressing all our queries on time.
And I specially wanted to mention that we got really good drivers at Bali, we heard Nusa Penida drivers will be little rude but our driver was so cool.
Lastly we would like to thank Jeto Vacations, Ajay sir and his team for planning a smooth and stress-free vacation for us. We'll definitely refer to others and consider Jeto for our future vacations.

I recently completed a 5-day trip to Baku with your company, and overall, it was a great experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and the execution was smooth. I appreciated the support provided throughout the tour.
What's Not Good: However, I have a few suggestions for improvement:

1. *Ground team communication*: Enhancing communication and providing detailed explanations of the itinerary, including paid services, would help us plan better.
2. *Hotel quality*: The hotel in Baku didn't quite meet 4-star expectations. I'd suggest reviewing the service facilities to ensure they align with 4-star standards.

Despite these areas for improvement, I had a wonderful time in Baku. Thank you for organizing the trip!

What's Good: Overall it was an average trip..Communication was very good with the agent. Hotel and staff were very helpful and service was quick.
What's Not Good: As this was an international trip so i was expecting It should have been more planned...it was not upto the mark..i had 1 full day free but nothing was planned..so that was overlooked was by me...hotel check in was late..It should have been at 3pm but got at 7.30pm ..At singapore also they too us for the same location 2 continue days in sentosa island..

Planning an International trip trips with friends can be trilling experience, but it can quickly turn into a nightmare when flight cancellations come into play.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Jeto Travel Agent for our recent girls' international trip. Despite paying a significant amount for their services, they failed to inform us about flight cancellations, which caused us immense inconvenience and stress.

The lack of communication and transparency from Jeto Travel Agent was appalling. We only found out about the flight cancellations when we reached airport in the morning during our boarding process , and when we contacted Jeto, they denied any responsibility and refused to provide a refund.

As a travel agent, it's their duty to keep clients informed about any changes or cancellations. Jeto's negligence and unprofessionalism ruined our trip and left a sour taste.

I would not recommend Jeto Travel Agent to anyone planning an international trip. Their incompetence and lack of customer care are unacceptable.

Cons: Poor communication, lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, and refusal to provide refunds.

Tips for future travelers: Double-check flight information with airlines, and consider working with more reputable travel agents.

What's Not Good: Our much-anticipated Andaman trip with Jeeto Vacations turned into a series of disappointments due to their false promises, poor planning, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

1. Hotel Booking Lies:
We booked the trip on 4th September with a clear request for Sea Shells Hotel, which was confirmed by their sales executive, Manish. However, on 26th September, we were informed the hotel was unavailable. Instead of resolving the issue, they suggested hotels costing 4-5k per night, which were far below our standards and package budget.


2. Refusal to Split Upgrade Costs:
We requested an upgrade to a Lagoon Room at Sea Shells and offered to share the cost 50-50 since the fault was theirs. They quoted a suspiciously inflated price of 16k per night, making us feel like they were trying to shift their mistake entirely onto us.


3. Ignored Cancellation Request:
Frustrated with their lack of resolution, we found a better deal with the required hotels on MakeMyTrip and shared proof in their WhatsApp group. Shockingly, no one acknowledged our request to cancel the trip.


4. Refund and Self-Booking:
After much back-and-forth, we managed to get a refund for two days. We rebooked the same hotel via Agoda at just a 2k/day premium, highlighting Jeeto Vacations' inability to deliver competitive prices.


5. Random Payment Demands:
Initially, we were told to pay 10k upfront, with the balance due 10 days before the trip. Yet, they started demanding payments randomly during the planning stage, showing poor coordination.


6. Flight Ticket Hassle:
Despite flight bookings being handled by us, they repeatedly asked for full ticket details without explaining why. We offered to share relevant information, but they kept pushing, ignoring our privacy concerns.


7. Incompetent Billing:
Their payment process was riddled with overcharges, as their executives struggled with basic calculations. This inefficiency felt like a deliberate attempt to overcharge.


8. Poor Itinerary Management:
We booked the most expensive room at Sinclair's Bay View, yet promised early check-in was not arranged. After a sleepless overnight journey, we were left waiting at reception for over an hour. Furthermore, they booked an 8:30 am ferry, forcing an unnecessarily early check-out, even though the hotel’s policy was 10 am.


9. Subcontracting Mess:
We later learned that Jeeto Vacations had hired a third-party vendor, who in turn hired another local vendor. This multi-layered setup left us paying more while receiving poor service.


10. No Customer Support or Escalation Matrix:
Despite multiple requests, they refused to share top management's contact details. Emails to seniors were ignored, leaving us no way to escalate issues.

Conclusion: Jeeto Vacations' lack of professionalism, false commitments, and inefficiency ruined our trip. Their focus was on profiteering rather than delivering a quality experience. If you value your time and money, stay far away from Jeeto Vacations!

We recently planned a vacation to Singapore and Malaysia. Jeto made it really wonderful. Whole team worked very well. No problem in the entire journey.

Our experience with JETO Vacations was truly disappointing. It was an incredibly unpleasant trip unlike anything we have ever gone through before. The employees at JETO Vacations seemed to lack proper knowledge and the overall planning of the trip was completely inadequate.
On our first day of travel, we reached the hotel that we had booked through Jeto. Despite arriving at 10:30 local time, our check-in was scheduled for 2 pm in the afternoon. To our dismay, there were no available seating arrangements in the reception area, leaving us standing for a grueling three hours. This inconvenience was certainly not what we had expected after a long journey.
- a night safari at 5:30 in the evening. As we were heading towards our destination, we decided to inform the driver through a text message. However, within just two minutes, the driver called us and informed us that we were running late. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, he suggested that we take a private cab instead.

On the second day of our trip, there seemed to be a lack of proper planning. In the morning, they took us on a city tour of Singapore and then dropped us off at Santosa around 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, nobody informed us that the Accurium show closes at 5 PM. By the time we reached the Sea Aqurem show, it had already closed as well. It would have been helpful if we were properly informed about the timing changes in advance to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience.
On the 3rd day of our trip, we were excited to visit Universal Studios. However, we were disappointed when they only picked us up at 11:00, which was quite late. By the time we arrived at Universal Studios, almost half of the day had already passed. To make matters worse, whenever we reached out to the JETO Indian team for assistance, they were uncooperative and directed us to contact our Singapore agent instead.

Our trip was really awesome. Jeto vacation planned our trip as per our preferences and choices that is really appreciable. All the properties booked were very neet and clean and also very spacious. I took land package through Jeto Vacations for the first time and my experience was tremendously wonderful. Team who was coordinating with me was very helpful throughout the trip the day I landed in Thailand till we boarded flights back. Will surely recommend people to book their packages through them.

My package is 5 night 6 days and 3 days stay in srinagar hotel asian park . This is very low standard property specialy for fooding ..starting from brekfast to dinner complete food is worst taste less and im stay in 3 days but not a single cleaning ..I'm naver suggest to any one book to jeto vacation...

Went to Bali trip via Jeto vacation in month of November.Tarun from Jeto vacation coordinated for all the trip plan. I even made some customisation in plan and he supported well.Stating from airport till our returne after 7 days to airport was planned and shared with the driver and he was always on time.Complete traveling in private vehicles with good talk with Sukyasa( Driver).all places covered with some good suggestion.Hotels in Kuta was the best location to stay .got really good package including all the entry fees coverd by Jeto vacation. Had quality time with my wife ..thank you for such great trip.

most unorganized trip. till the full payment was done there was some response from Jeto, after wards nothing.it is completely not a customer friendly system. tripcraft do some ad. and Jeto takes up it and hire another person, who do not have any commitment to the trip and our safety. the bare minimum basic things were not provided.

I got to know about Jeto from one of my friends and decided to try them for my 1st long vacation with family to Gangtok & Darjeeling.

Amit who I was working with for the vacation is very kind and knowledgable. He gave me the right recommendations. Jeto was also flexible with the itinerary to help us have a pleasant journey.

Ground staff - Karthik is particular was very good too. Was in touch with me on need basis (and they know when to contact).

Finally would like to thank the driver in Gangtok - Sajaan too. The young fellow was very nice, showed us the right places at the right time and very pleasant. Would love for him to drive us around again.

Overall a great trip experience. I will be using Jeto in future as well for sure. For a good travel arrangement company.

We, a group of 3 families 10 traveler went to Andaman in Jun’22 for 6 nights 7 days. Mr. Amit Singh from JETO planned our trip in just few hours. Which we booked immediately without any 2nd thought even being a first timer “TO ANDAMAN / WITH JETO”

The itinerary was well planned covering nearly all the best spots with enough time to visit places calmly
We had many questions & doubts in the beginning but all handled by Amit patiently & professionally and cleared all our doubts
Beach side resorts in Swaraj & Shaheed Dweeps were best in class
Pick up & drops with co-operative drivers were timely
Pre booked tickets at all tourist destination saved a lot of leisure time
Whenever called Mr. Amit, the result was pleasant
Even the co-partners in A&N were really nice & helpful person.

Jeto vaccation......its best in delhi ....i have good experience with them .they provide cheap and best package.they have very good option in Manali and shimla. Hotels cab. Driver meal ...everything and always above the marks.....best of luck to them ....

I took the chance of booking an international vacay online and all thanks to jeto vacations, speacial thanks to MR Amit for planning it so nicely. From visas , air tickets to covid Rtpcr tests ,hotel bookings everything was very conviniently and perfectly taken care of. Mr Amit from jeto vacay is a very professional and a genuine person. He was available on calls anytime. I had to reschedule and delay my return to india for a week and for that special thanks to Mr Amit for providing the most reasonable rescheduling charges, the charges were better than those on the emirates website and all this was done just hours before the departure time. All in all very happy with jeto vacations, planning our next vacay soon.

We went to Bali for 7 nights 8 days and got our trip planned by Jeto Vacations for the first time. And we are goind to recommend them to everyone now as we Really loved their services and arrangements. Would like to mention pointwise:

1) We asked them to prepare our itinerary and told them no. Of nights , our budget, our preferences and the places we wanted to be included as a must. We contacted them on sunday night and asked them to prepare the itinerary ASAP and within 15 hours we got the complete itinerary which was just perfect including pictures of hotel rooms.

2)I don't remember that i ever tried to contact them and have not got reply within 1-2 mins only. They are super humble and always there for all your queries

3)The trip went so smoothly we didn't get stuck at a single point at all. And NO Hidden Cost was there whatsoever.

4)Their partner agency who attended us in Bali was superb. Really nice people . The driver was very nice , they had water bottles and umbrellas in the cars so we didn't have to carry them.

5) Loved loved our stay in The Kings Villa -one must stay in a villa for few nights while in bali, The Sakala resort , Aston in Gili island. Did not much like the deluxe room of Ramada by encore (the rooms were small and not the ones that give you the vacation vibes) but we did get pure vegetarian food there.

They provide really good travel services,the best travel agency i have seen so far. Good packages good services, thanks jeto for making my travel memorable. Will surely recommend other

A nice experience with jeto team. Everything was as per schedule.

I was a bit hesitant to book with someone not in my city. But Amit planned the trip very well and was helpful from the start. So I decided to give it a try and I am very happy that I did. The trip was well organized. Kings Villa and the candlelight dinner was really nice. Drivers were on time and helpful. Good job Jeto Vacation specially Amit. You can definitely trust them !

It was a group of seven, who've been wanting to go to Bali for quite sometime but didn't know where to start. Amit from jeto vacation's stepped right in, listened to the activities that we had in mind and came up with the PERFECT itinerary. And what's better? It was right within our budget range.

The trip was well organized, thanks to Mr. Amit who was checking in with the Bali team to make sure that there were no issues whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed scuba diving, white water rafting and the icing on the cake was the trek to mount batur to view the sunrise.

Villa was very far from the airport, did not have much time to spend in villa and bo food was available post 9.30pm.Vehicle was not wifi enabeled. Had to pay for adventure activities. Very dissapointed not a great experience

We went to Dubai for trip for 6D5N. The trip was planned very well on all the days to cover all the important places of Dubai. It was on sharing basis for all the visits like 5-6 people in one vehicle where we got chance to interact with many other ppl from various destinations. Me and my Sweet-heart chose Bali as our honeymoon destination and it didn't disappoint us. We visited Bali in December 2019 and stayed there for 4 night in Hotel and 2 night in Private Pool Villa .Our tour was very well planned by Mr. Amit from Jeto Vacation Pvt. Ltd., with all best possible amenities in reasonable prices. There are lots of lots of amazing things to speak regarding Bali, it has the most beautiful beaches, holly temples and Nusa penida island.Safety is not a issue in Bali, because mostly people follow Hindu religion. Bali is known for its adventure activity like underwater rides, parasailing and jet ski ride. Bali is also famous for SPA where you can pamper your self and enjoy your stay. My advice is to visit Bali, it's a unforgettable experience. So that's it. Enjoy! Cheers!

I had a trip to Thailand with a couple of friends through Jeto Vacations. The trip was fun and very memorable, but most importantly, the system is very smooth. We never had to wait at any airport for more than 5 mins and the accommodations were clean and organized. Seriously recommend it.
