So, I will start from the beginning, I was searching for a package for Shimla, that’s how I came across jasper travel, Renam Sharma was the person contacted me on their behalf. Trust me guys I had the quotation of most of the travel companies, out of which jasper travel had the best deal with 3 star amenities. The booking for the tour was smooth, only I had to pay 30%, also the most important thing was that, they were always available on the call, whenever some detail was required or there was queries about the tour. Literally Bina tension ke kahi ghumna h to in se booking kar lo, aur sirf ghumne ka maza lo, hotel ka khane ka ghumne ka gadi ka sara tension khatm aur paise v save ho jayenge, agar khud se booking karne jao to double kharch ho jata hai aur khane k liye dhundhte rehna padta hai pahado me ki kaha khaye kya khaye. They gave list of hotels to choose from, the hotel moo lake was great with nice view and their food was awesome, cab was always there on or before time and pick and drop was smooth, all the major attractions were covered and also gave extra time if required. Agar koi pahado me Gaya hai to pta hoga ki gadi wale jaada maangte h, sahi khana dhundhne me bohot time aur energy lgg jata h, aur jo ghumne ke liye gye ho wo sahi se ho ni pata. All thanks to Renam Sharma and jasper online for providing a great deal on a amazing tour package.

Worst experience I have ever had. I purchased an airline ticket for $244 from Ft Lauderdale to Ft Wayne, Indiana. Then they called and said the airline was over booked. I was on standby. They could only upgrade me to another flight or other destinations for an additional cost. No ....... They are a SCAM of BAIT n SWITCH!

Do not go here all the good reviews on here are the employees they tried to scam me out $321 and gave me all these restrictions the so call manager told me he did t have time to talk to me they said I would get my confirmation within 48hrs all they want to do is take your money good thing I was able to block their transaction
