We have recently completed our Uttarakhand (Mussoorie,Rishikesh,Jim Corbett & Nainital)trip in first week of June 22. Trip was well Organised by Indian Holiday Express. All hotels were good except Nainital hotel which was average.
In all hotels breakfast and dinner were served as per meal plan.
Vehicle (Eartiga) provided to us was also in good condition.
Overall experience was good.

We have done 3 trips with them.

To start with, the trip was excellent and memorable.

1) Coming to our first two days stay at Bella Vista - The ambiance & food was good and the staff was well mannered and ready to attend your requests. Breakfast was excellent on both days. Over all I would say it was great.

2) Coming to our third day stay at Windhaven Resorts, after visiting Thekaddy had travel back 42kms. Location of the resort is good. Rooms are well managed and kept tidy. Mini Pereira of Wind haven was were customer friendly and attended to all queries personally, breakfast was awesome. I would suggest this hotel if we are planning to stay at Ramakkal for 2-3 days. But travelling from Thekaddy back 42 kms will is not suggested. The resort of was good and pleasant.

3) Coming to my fourth day stay in House Boat. The pickup point was somewhere else and the duration that travelled was around 4-5 hours altogether. The cook and driver of the boat were very friendly and the food was really good. They anchored the boat at a village where in there was festival was going on and we had good time visiting the temple. The only set back was the boat roamed for a duration of 4-5 hours only we were hoping for more. But overall it was good.

4) Coming the Driver Rasheed, he knows in and out of all locations. When he suggested few places which were out of the itinerary I was hesitant to go but once I visited a place it was my memorable visit in the entire trip I can say. Rasheed was great in escorting us for 5 days and also special appreciation for his photography skills because of him we really have some beautiful pictures. I would specially recommend him if you have any tours for Kerala. He is awesome.
Thank you for arranging this memorable trip with the budget I was looking for. Will surely contact and refer you in the future.

My tour experience was very good. Hotel in shimla, Aachman Regency was good. Hotel staff are very friendly
and room was also neat and clean.

Hotel in manali, The Royal Regency was excellent. Food quality was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff are extremely professional
and the service is excellent. Due to snow fall in manali, we could not have done sight seeing. I will stay there again if I visit manali.

Heater provided in hotels was not sufficient to overcome cooling of manali and shimla. Heater was not effective.

Our driver, Ajay is very co-operative and friendly. As per his profession, his driving is excellent.

But overall our tour experience was very good and memorable. I will definitely suggest others to book their holiday tour with Indian Holiday Express.
