Broken Promises:

This travel agency is a master of making promises but fails miserably in delivering them. The much-advertised surprise dinner turned out to be nothing more than an illusion. During initial discussion they promised a surprise dinner ...never happened. they promised they will take care all hotel activities in advance..never happened. i had to talk to the hotel for every check in . got to know they booked lowest category substandard room to make their profit more..

Lack of Welcoming Gesture:

Don't expect any warm welcome; it seems "Incredible India Journeys" hasn't heard of hospitality. No greetings at the airport or the hotel – just an impersonal driver waiting to take you on a disappointing journey.

Outsourced Chaos:

Everything seems to be outsourced without a clear understanding or connection. The drivers are random, and the company seems oblivious to who is behind the wheel, compromising the safety and trust of the passengers.

False Hotel Booking Information:

Booking a 3 or 4-star hotel? Think again. Prepare to be shocked when you find yourself in a run-down 2-star establishment with facilities far from what you were promised.

Accommodation Mismatch:

Despite booking for 2 adults and 1 child, accommodations were only arranged for 2 adults. In some instances, the only bed available was a tiny 2 feet single bed – a nightmare for any family.

Lowest Category Rooms:

Expect disappointment in every hotel as you are ushered into the lowest category rooms, a stark contrast to the luxurious experience you were sold.

Communication Breakdown:

The lack of communication with hotels is astonishing. Even after booking three months in advance, the hotels seemed unaware of our arrival, leading to chaos and confusion.

Be wary of the advance payment trap. "Incredible India Journeys" gladly takes your money but fails to secure your hotel bookings. Later, they conveniently provide lower-category hotels while increasing the overall cost.

Financial Disputes with Hotels:

Driver Dilemma:

they will always have logic for everything..for this revew also they will have i guess..even if you write to customer care they will never respond.. . Be careful...

we have booked Kashmir tour for4 nights and 5 days.there was no dinner on 1st night and reason was given we arrived late. Hotel was pathetic with no room service not even drinking water was provided.As per itinerary they have not given hotels and also sight seeing were cancelled by 50% places.There business partner from Srinagar was useless and seems local gunda.
Please don't get trapped in their offers and don't waste your trip and money.
They are not a professional tour organisers.

We have booked Delhi Jaipur one day tour package and it was mentioned in the website that the vehicle is tempo traveller and the vehicle which came was winger which is in a bad condition
The vehicle doesn't have proper seats or setbelts
This was the same happened for our Delhi Agra tour also
The vehicle mentioned in the website was Isuzu/ Volvo multiaxle volvo but the vehicle which arrived was a normal tourist bus
It is the worst tour agency.
Never recommend this to anyone

Me and my beloved wife has ..got the Inc.India journeys..package for Jaipur day tour and Agra...thus..with the great tourguide Mdm Rasnita at Jaipur..Ms Arzu at Agra and our driver Mr Mahindre Singh..the 3 of them..were wonderful person..get us lots of information..while getu laughing during the tour..its been..tiring but it was the best journey..the best moment we have in India was tremoundous..
Once again..thanx mdm rasnita..thanx ms Arzu..and special thanx to my man Mahindre..u.ols just like our frenz in India...thank you guys..

Charged 1150 per person for Multi-axle volvo but provided extremely bad volvo of Falcon travels that has breakdown in Agra. The price for Falcon Travels was 699 but they charged 1150. Service was pathetic, they don't inform the ticket numbers etc.. Never recommend this to anyone unless they want to spoil their trip. Trip was ended at 2.30 am instead of 12.00 am as they mentioned. It started late & everywhere they did not met time.

now we at home with sweet memories of india trip. my all family members and friends very happy with your services. i appreciate your all car drivers very professional and helpful. we visited delhi agra jaipur, rishikesh haridwar, goa, kerala, periyar wildlife, kochi, munnar. all places are very beautiful and attractive. your backwater houseboat are very nice and beautifully decorated. we enjoyed traditional south food dosa, idli, sambhar very nice fish curry and coco water drink. i want to use again Ayurveda massage amazing experience.

Very professional and helpful tour operators in india located in noida very near to delhi. this is a memorable trip to india, we visited delhi red fort, many temples, akshardham temple was very beautiful, agra taj mahal agra fort, some shopping in agra then explore jaipur. we enjoyed camel safari n lots more cultural activities.

we are fully satisfied with our travel agency. we are recommend this travel company 5 star. my friend brother and his wife and mom dad and granny will come to india in febrauray 2017. i will come to india again this time i want to explore south part of india with this travel agents.
