This was the best trip ever. We were picked up in front of our hotel at agreed time. Drive to out camp was very comfortable. Our tour guide was amazing and he spoke with all or us to see what was the best option on how to spend our 3 days of safari. Camp where we stayed was way better than we could imagine. Accommodation, food , staff was excellent. We want to Massai village which one one in a lifetime experience. People were very nice and infom us about everything and we really enjoyed time with them. In the evening we would hand out in camp around fire where we share our experiences and hang out with Massai people. We had whole day of game drive and it was breathtaking from the start. Our tour gide Dickson was excellent, we saw all the animals there and he really did his best to make that happen. All day was perfect, we even had lunch under the trees while elephant were passing by. Pure perfection. We find out so much about the park and animals and so many stories that our tour guide share with us that we will remember for ever same as the whole trip. All in all everything was perfectly organised and definitely something I would recommend to everyone. We are grateful for Hyrax Safaries for making this the best trip of our lifes. Thank you ❤️

His keen eye for spotting wildlife was impressive, and he made every effort to help us find even the most elusive animals. Additionally, Harun always kept us informed of the day’s plans and adjusted them seamlessly based on weather, timing, and other factors. When I plan my next safari, there’s no doubt I’ll be using this agency again and specifically requesting Harun as my guide!

Great experience. The personal was very accomodating for a last minute visit of the Nairobi National park. The driver knew well his way in the park and we managed to see all animals. I recommand this agency.

Used Hyrax for our 6 day Safari, excellent trip despite a bit of technical problems after chasing the game a bit too hard. Would however pick again for luxury level safaris and great experiences!

Very professional. They make you a custom made package by your wish. Exactly. The director, Roselyne is promt with answering any question. Our guide was Dan, very wonderful and patient person. He knows the teritory by heart and will do everything possible to make each hour on your trip count.
