Had a wonderful, hassle-free and comfortable trip with the Holiday Crowd. We booked the trip with the HC in July, but due to the weather conditions there, we postponed it to September and the HC team was very helpful in considering our request and making changes accordingly. The itinerary and hotel recommendations are very good and they also help us to customize to our liking. The hotels, the cab and the driver are all good and all the drivers are experienced in driving on those difficult roads. All the hotels are also great, neat, and comfy, and the staff there are also courteous and helpful. One thing I would recommend to all, do your research about the place, places to visit and hotel, which would help you to customize it to your liking and enjoy the best. This review has been long overdue since we visited Sikkim at the end of March this year. There is so much to describe about the captivating and unforgettable beauty of Sikkim, and I'm sure many of you who have visited the place would agree. We witnessed a mild snowy trip to Nathula and Tsomgo Chho Lake, with calming but slightly cool breeze flowing and colourful holy Tibetan flags across the way. Also, snowfall at Yumthang Valley and Mt. Katao at Lachung was just divine. Thanks to HolidayCrowd for making this wonderful family vacation trip perfectly planned and arranged for us. They took very good care of our stay, travel itineraries, and passes and meticulously curated the visiting places of the entire Sikkim. Throughout the trip, they were constantly in touch via WhatsApp, communicating and sharing information regarding our next-day travel plan and cab details, so we didn't have to bother much.

Holidayscrowd is very professional. Company listened our requirements and planned our itinerary properly. Driver Sangma was very kind and friendly. He understood our preferences and shown all beautiful places of cherrapunji. Lyngsiar falls was the highlight of our trip. He has great driving skills. Resort was very basic and need improvements. However location, food and service was good. Overall we had great time. Thanks.
