Hey Hey! I would like to share my wonderful experience with HolidayAlong. A big shoutout for helping us planning our most lovely trip. I had booked a Package for Andaman. The overall trip was super awesome, be it the place along with people. The most important thing to share is the support and guidance provided at each instance and point during our whole travel was super awesome. WIthout mentioning the key people that helped us along were Mr Jugal Shroff & Mr Jayesh & all the connected staff that helped us from guiding along places as well as what all things we can sort for the day in advance was something overwhelming. It was a great great experience!! Thank you for the beautiful memories as sometimes travel becomes nightmares. So definitely will suggest to Choose HolidayAlong as an option for next travel.!! I was going through the reviews and as many mentioned about very bad experience especially for North east even I remember that terrific experience. I used their service in 2019 April for Meghalaya and Assam (mentioning dates too bcoz they will just give a reply as fake). While booking I told them I do not speak or understand Hindi, so provide some driver who can atleast understand English and not to be fluent. They promised that as it was my priority. Also doubted on their service I asked them to collect some percentage of package cost during the trip. They agreed that too. When we reached, we got surprised where the Driver did not understand a word in English and we had to struggle a lot. When I called Neeraj who was the coordinator, he connected to the owner where his tone was different and said "If he knows English why will he be a Driver" and when I asked about their promise on the same , he replied that its peak season and we may not even get a cab if we miss that...and they provided a White board vehicle and was asking us If police stops tell them we are the drivers friends....We struggled with that language issue the whole trip. Secondly I asked them for Elephant safari in Kazhiranga while booking only and the coordinator said to the hotel will take care. When I asked the hotel they said you need to book on your own from that place only. but it was too late and the bookings were closed. When I took this issue to the coordinator and the next up, they asked me to pay the balance and when asked for a justification on missing the promise, the guy was so rude and was literally threatening me to pay the balance immediately and asked the driver to stop the vehicle on the way, and said I cannot go anywhere. As I was with my family and they got scared I was forced to pay. I had a wonderful experience a month back with Rajasthan Touring and while giving good review for them I thought this bad experience with Holiday Along and wanted to make sure people do not get cheated. Thats why writing my experience again.

A fabolous experience with Holiday along team. They planned my trip as per my recommendations. They were available whenever needed and everything from hotels, transits, checkin etc everything was taken care by them.

Nice trip to uttrakhand with Holiday along, they well planned. Hotels were good not the best but peaceful stay. I can make next trip with them.
