The travel to Kashmir was a disappointing, the travel agent and driver of this seemed to be rude and non-ethical. The itinerary planning by the agent guide was a waste. Being a local of that place they should be planning it and making it happen at the correct timings of the day by giving proper guidance, which did not happen at all. But upon all this the Hotels chosen and booked for us in Srinagar (Hotel Aqeeq Towers) and Pahalgam (Hotel Green Heights) were too good for stay as well as food. The staff in both the hotels were decent and welcoming with the good purpose to serve the tourists.
