One of the worst service providers, and everything that is wrong with the travel industry. The main reason why small scale travel companies like these lose trust in us customers is because of the people you employ. Rajendar was one of the worst drivers I've ever had the misfortune to plan a trip with. The only thing rajendar bhayya was interested was in taking us to the stalls and points where one of his guys had set up or places which where beneficial for him. On top of this, the driver kept lying to us and was trying to make a fool of us which is the worst thing you can do to a group of people who are travelling to a new place. Had we not know Hindi and not a bit aware I'm sure rajendar would have taken us to Delhi and told us this is Shimla dekhlo it was that bad. Above all this driver was rude throughout the trip as if he was doing this for free for us. And on the last 2 days of the trip mr dileep so gracefully asked us if we needed another driver by which time our trip was itself complete. We were told that they were gonna take necessary actions against the driver but I'm sure that was just to shut out mouth. I really hope and pray that this doesn't happen to another person who has a plan or bucket-list to visit the north mountains
