I recently visited Kashmir tour With Himalayan Musafir , and I must say it was an unforgettable experience . The breathtaking landscapes , warm hospitality, and all services as per our expectations.

I am an orthopedician surgeon, telling this so you don't think that I am from some other travel agency.
One of the worse trip of my life and unfortunately with my family.
This travel agency doesn't take any responsibility. There car is big waste l which should not be taken even if they provide it for free. Driver was a big time alcoholic, who was not willing to take any responsibility.
Whatever hotels they have shown us before the starting of trip, they have changed each and every hotel.
I am telling you guys, not to take this agency.
They are waste and if you are not willing to risk your life and your parents life, please don't take from them.
If you guys think I am lying, i am writing my phone number down below the review.

Very bad experience, they fooled us by there travel and driver both.
They charged us by our package price as well as externally of same location of Aaru valley and did not saw local sight seeing and other places mentioned in package. Very bad behaviour of driver and Paras is the mediator. Please do not buy their packages.

The entire package was really good and the travel agents Ms. Indu sharma. We surely recommend you It was a great experience to tie up with Himalyan mujsafir,.The Bali trip was well planned and arranged neatly by them.

I have booked my Kerala tour. The tour organised washroom excellent the hotels were acceptional and Mr.Lovenish who was tour organiser was very helpful and was in continuous touch overall great experience.I would suggest everyone to book holidays via hamaliyan musafir.thanks to lovenish and thanks to himalayan musafir .

I recently booked a tour to leh and ladakh from Himalayan musafir travels shimla via agent Sourabh Khachi. They really helped us very much. The itinerary was very good and we covered all the destinations we wanted. The hotels and taxi driver both were very supportive and welcoming. Will definitely book another tour next year from Himalayan musafir travels.

They didn't book hotels according agreement
They didn't bother to pickup calls in case of problems
We had pathetic hotels in srinagar and pahelgam
Cleanliness and hiegene are zero
They blame other cologue for bookings
No one take responsibility for horrible hotels
They spoil your holiday completely
Pls don't do bookings with Himalayan musafir,they are not trustworthy

This company only take advance for hotel booking and Hotal are not booked as per the agreement , this company staff also not good, ones you send advances they don't Receive your phone any any help. They take 20000 advance for hotel booking and Houseboat but No houseboat booked and No hotel books as per the Agreement
we are stay in over night on Road with my kids and Family

My humble request to all tourists please don't booked any Travel booking on this company

Hotel bookings very far from city around 12 km.
Cab drivers does not on AC in car they do not show you all the points which was mentioned in package and take you the place for adventure, where high commission for them.
Also they miss guide you.

They didn't even bother to inform us about changing of the hotel ...shimla me hme 3 star hotel commit krke banquet hall me stay dia ..after receiving the payment ye log phone bhi recieve ni krte ...kasol me hmara hotel book bhi ni kia ..then we registere a legal complaint against them in police station manikaran kasol .. don't get trap in their packages in any condition..

Special thanks for minaxi mam really well organised thiland trip was so smooth we didn't faced and problem cab were provided in time room are very good and location of rooms very close to main visiting place.

They changed my Kashmir trip itinerary according to there wish with out informing ....cancelled soonmarg from it without informing..one of the hotel was so sick there was no power n no inverter just imagine in such cold whether without room heater n geyser in bathroom...only one thing good happened was driver was very good...

it was a very pleasant experience travelling with Himalayan Musafir.. we went for 6 day trip to kashmir in October. Ms Manju planned our trip well with optimum duration. The services by hotel and food was good and regional also. Overall it was a very nice trip..

Third class services, there services are totally disgusting. Never take tour from them, esi car provide Kari..phle to us car Wale ki himalayan musafir sei rates ko leke aadhe ghante bahas hoti rahi, hmare trip ki coordinator Jannat name se thi..jese tese unki deal Hui car already totally gandi ho rakhi thi, piche ke window jam the...hame pickup karke usne car garage me khadi kardi -bola bus 10 min. Ka kaam hai....2 ghante vahi laga diya, driver was totaly dominating,koi baat ni sun Raha tha...trip ki coordinator Jannat Sharma se kuch complain Kia ..usne bad me call he pick karna band kar dia...or bar bar call Kia ...to misbehave karne lagi...pahalgam me itne ander jame patli se gali me hotel thi ..car hotel tak le Jane me dikkat hui...hotel dhundne me 1 ghante se jyada lag gaya, inke cordinator koi ni pata tha ki hotel actually he kahan...bole ki Google se dhund lo...kisi ko vaha locally bhi hotel ke location ki jankari ni thi...jede tese 2 ghante me hotel pahuche, hotel bilkul Khali..hmare alawa koi guest ni the...hotel me hmare alawa bus 2 logo ka staff tha...to toda dar sa bhi lag raha tha. Shrinagar ka hotel...shrinagar ke bilkul ander city ke gali me dia ..sonmarg se lot te time...driver ne kahi khana khilwane ke lie car he ni roki...kyuki use shrinagar me apne ristedar ke yaha jaldi pahuchana tha....hotel ke aaspas .bus meat ki shop thi....bad me hm logo ne zometo se food order Kia .. Songmarg se lot te time gaadi bar bar band pad Rahi thi...raste me 2 bar dhakke laga laga kar car start karwani padi. all in all ...apni trip ko spoil karna hai...to he inse booking karna

Nice Hotel with good food quality in Manali-Thrill Nature Resort & in Shimla - Arowana woods.
Package i got in my budget with cost worthy!

It's an amazing experience with Himalayan musafir for 4night & 5days package of Shimla & Manali. Thank you ritika ji for this amazing package recommendation & arrangement in our budget. She is very good & caring. On our tour she is continuously in touch with us & guiding us in different places as it's a complete new experience for us. I have cancelled my trip 10 days before departure but your management has not refunded any amount.
I had also shared the copy of cancellation of Lakshadweep cruise which was cancelled by Government of India.
Under this circumstances, I have full right to get back my advance. But, this is a unfortunate condition from your side to customers.
Very ? bad. Now, I will not advice to anyone for your services.

This travel company at the time of taking package they will talk very politely. never ever trapped by Muneesh/Munner(Sales Manager) and priyanka (Sales Executive) they are liars.
They will take entire money from you and for booking 4 star hotel will end up forcing you to stay in homestay will no facility this is my recent experience in my Kashmir trip.

Suggestion for customers-1)never ever pay full money to them before the trip end
2)always call in the hotel whether your name booking is done or not by your travel agent
3)Ask for booking ID hotel no before making payments as avoid travel with this company.

We booked for Kashmir and are regretting it till date now!!
first, they sold big dreams but then we went to the trip..NIGHTMARE!!!
I will tell you what happened, then it's upto you to book with these traveler agency or not. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

1. We had a trip to kashmir -> NO HOUSEBOAT ON DAL LAKE.
2. The housboat checkin-> had to wait till 2 PM exact for checkin -> the houseboat was too dirty - dirty bedsheets, dirty floor, dirty and smelly washroom!!
3. We checked out -> the hotel didn't say a word regarding it but the traveler ate our ears -> started humiliating us
4. We checked in to another hotel, but it was only the beginning of nightmare from HIMAYALAN MUSAFIR.
5. There has been no day in the trip they didn't threaten us.
6. They with their driver threaten us to take away our luggage or sometimes threatened us to take us to police station -> for what crime? for not staying at dirty hotels and houseboat!

PATHETIC VISIT TO KASHMIR WITH HIMALAYAN MUSAFIR

Very very harassing and torturous experience with the behaviour of Madam Arti and her Boss lady as well as the package given by Himalayan Musafir. I took a package through Himalayan Musafir for Kashmir tour in the end of August 2023, this was the worst package made in my life. shikara booked by them was very very dirty and unhygienic moreover it was not booked at Dal Lake and the sales officer of the traveller hide about all these things. Hotels were also very dirty, food and all the things make us weap. This was not the end here, when we changed our hotels, they alongwith the driver provided by them threatened us in our whole journey. They did not end here by commanding the driver took us to the Police Station, you know why? Because we did not compromised with their dirty and unhygienic booked hotels and changed with the others.

I donot know how they are showing their ratings, may be purchased by them. Practically the staff, Mam Arti and her big boss Lady behaviour was torturous. Whole journey the driver obeyed their irrelevant demands and pressured us to stay on their booked hotels, it was our ONLY mistake that we changed all the booking made through them so the driver turned his cab to police station. Very very dangerous and uncomfortable the local driver provided by them, who took us to police station, for the fault of changing the booked hotels of Himalayan Musafir.

I really pray to all the readers with my folded hands not to book through this travel agency otherwise you loose all your money and piece of mind through out the whole journey and regret your whole life to go over that place because the experience given by them will again remind you the bad behaviour of driver and the staff who all around the journey spoiled tour by calling and abusing the tourist regularly.

It was such a great experience with Himalayan Musafir, all things went well and organized very cooperative from cab to dinner. Thank you Banita for the awesome trip.

Instead of booking thorugh HIMALAYAN MUSAFIR, I suggest to book hotel online and taxi.

I visited Kashmir this May.

1.Changed hotels and houseboat few days before the flight. Changed hotels and houseboat for Srinager were pathetic.

2. On arriving Srinager, we went to hotel and owner told us that no booking by himalayan. talked to Sarika and didn't get resolution, We booked hotel ourselves. They refunded after several follow-up and not the full amount for hotel.

Why I tell you not to book a tour with a Himalayan Musafir traveller?
Here is the reason.
1.Those people are more concerned about their money and commission than you.
2. He will keep you hanging till the last moment.
3. If you negotiate, then you will give your hotel and car facilities on that basis.
4. Cheat with you at the last moment.
5. Hold your car at the time of the return tour.
6.They change your destination and hotel at the last movement.Jab aapka sab plan ho jaata hai tab or daughter bimar ho .
Ek toh ap Paisa bhi kharcho or apko tamis nahi esa bolke apko Sarika teaching class b dengi ....
7.SARIKA - The one who troubled us the most. Threatened and even cheated (for the Hotel)
8. If the driver and transporter have to see everything, then why give 70% pay to the tour people.
9. Apko dhamkiya bhi milengi or apko e bhi batya jaye ga ki adhe raste Guest ko utar denha - Sarika or uske Kasmir tour vale ..
So i strongly recommend not booking any tour from the Himalayan Musafir -Himachal Pradesh and Kashmir ,
I give their rating below zero or minus . We were very upset but they could not help us.
So think about booking before booking from Himalaya Musafir ...???

I got Kashmir Package From Himalayn Musafir in June -2023, there services are worst and disgusting. There team did not had any coordination with nither with driver nor with Hotels. They provided me the car to which I had to give hand push number of times to get start. Also the employee - Jannat Sharma misbehaved with us when we complained her about there car and all. Overall there services are worst, never ever take your from them

Got a special package from minaxi madam for my family trip to Manali. One of the best thing was the trip was the planned comfortably and the hotels were very nice, many thanks to minaxi ji for palaning our trip

Worst service I have ever seen before.
They trick us with hidden facts, we can never trust them. While speaking they promise something,in vochure they will give something Later they will say you haven't checked properly the vochure and it's final.
Driver is also not accountable to them we have to keep on begging driver to on ac in vehicle and cover places.
