Few days ago I went in a trip with guru ji travels it was a fantabulous trip we enjoyed alot and had lots of fun & the driver was good he helped us alot on a trip I suggest all of you to book your package with guru ji travels ???

At the time of booking they will convenience u by showing good hotel and house boats after that when u will visit the thinks r totally different.
When u will tell any thing they will give u different regions the payment is fully made u will not be able to do any thing.
This is there truth.

The trip was good, I won't state that to excellent because I might have a different expectation for it but yes overall the service was smooth and trip was hassel free so i gave five stars to it. Although it was a bit jittery in some places but exceptions where doesn't happen. A favorable budget gave us delightful trip and on time to time feed back was taken as well.

Dear All, I would like to share my most recent experience with Guruji Travels. Its one of the corrupted travel agency who charges hell out of money for a very basic trip. They send itinerary to customers without themselves reviewing the same, distance from city to location, distance from hotel to sight seeing. Extremely poor services. Their customer care team (Ms. Simran) most useless person with poor professionalism. Mr. Vivek who claims to be a manager at Guruji Travels is the most disgusting person who doesn't now how to manage customers, they dont even bother to check with their clients whether they reached safely or not. They book your vehicle at a ridiculous price and most amazingly they don't share information with the chauffer about pick-up, drop, itinerary etc. We have booked 5 days trip to Coorg, Kabini and Waynand and we end up doing travel only and nothing called "Sight Seeing". they mentioned lot of places which doesnt even exist on map. They make complete fool. Please boycott them completely if you want to save your money. All their testimonials mentioned at their website as fake and has been posted by their own employees only. I have filed their complaint in consumer court and soon they will get summon. BOYCOTT THEIR AGENCY AND SUCH PEOPLE.

Please do not ever travel with these people. Our tempo which thy allocated to us was totally un maintained and it caught fire while on the roads with us all in it.

Fire extinguisher also didnt work.

Driver pick up nd dropping system was very fast nd his behaviour was very good. We r totally satisfied from his nature.

Best trip of my life. I went to trip on my honeymoon and it's really amazing and fun. Great activities are there for fun like a river rafting, paragliding,zip line, bungee jumping etc. All activities and adventure are good. Best part of our trip is our driver. Mr.Mukesh, best driver ever I met. So gentleman and so well behaved.

Everything is good but please look after driver's accommodation, like his food and lodging, it's feels bad for them.

It was a 6days trip to shimla and manali .
This was a first North Indian trip we have been through, enjoyed every moment with the cool weather .
There's a good cooperation from office staff and driver .we had got good driver shishpal Singh who made us very comfortable with the journey .
Vehicle was good and clean , didn't trouble us anywhere in the journey

Very fast response fron guruji travels, awesome pick up timing & drop up, very good driver bhaiya(Sukhpal urf Pappu bhaiya..very entertaining.. whenever we travel i will look for him only...must recommend for all...very helpful nature,kind..sight seeing with him is not an experience it is a memory for us..we enjoyed a lot..he had gr8 experience with hotels,sight seeing & restaurants..

Burari se vrindavan 350 k.m. up down hai .jbki guruji ne long root lekar 633 k.m. ka bill banaya jo galat tha. extra kitni chal jayegi socho

Your driver didn’t pay even ₹1/-
You planned our trip and you took us early..We didn’t drive the vehicle & you better know how much time it takes
The worst part is you are supporting your driver..He might have taken that ₹1000/-
Check with him & Ask the hotel owner about who paid that ₹1000/-
Ask your executive about how many times I messaged/called her about the inconvenience caused & about not taking us to shopping..Pl don’t reply for name sake and reply facts..I have complete chat history with me..
I have already suggested 2 of my friends couple to take other travels instead of Your travels..Ill do the same in future for your irresponsible reply

Experience was good. But it may be better or best

Dinner while stay in munnar, though at our cost, was not satisfactory. Service was very poor.

Guruji traveling company staff is good and they provided proper help but my driver Rajesh cheated me he asked us to buy a fake chingu blanket scheme in manali we bought scheme but when i asked him to go to shop for return blanket he refused me
And start to quarrel i want to say beware of drivers don't trust him

Driver is not good and exploits the passengers a lot , does not know any places where to take the passengers and ask the passengers to put the address in google maps and guide him the route
Every food , lunch and dinner they are dependent on passengers which is not good and when we complain the travels they wont even take any action .
Even the tool and parking fees is charged but they wont refund and they wont even revert for that poor travels and does not know to handle situation .
They wont even call the passengers who had booked at anytime to ask how was the experience anytime because they are aware of it earlier itself.
If the passenger doesn't know language they exploit them a lot.

It was fantastic trip of Himachal Pradesh with Guruji Travels,car was too good,Driver was genuine,polite, helpful.

First of all guruji travels is the company you can trust on guys .. what a honeymoon trip they planned for me. Excellent hotels and the food in hotels was so good. The best thing for me was the driver. Driver was so polite and well behaved and the cab was so clean.

Looking forward to book a tour again with Guruji Travels.

The driver was very reckless, rude, got into accident didn't stop when requested, paid for ac car but ac was not on. Never go through them. Wasted money put life on risk. Dipti told that everything will be great but got very very disappointed.

Driver is very rude,hotels rooms & services are very bad in manali.
