Inspite of a few goofups on the while, the stay n tour was satisfactory, thanks to Mr. Munir n his 24x7 availability to solve n overcome tha hiccups.
Except the house boat stay at Fizzyhouseboats where the shady caretaker Mushtaq had his very nefarious intentions evident when he locked the door of our room from outside for the entire night (he didn't want us to know what was going on in the house boat at night which must be his regular activity in exchange for extra money unknown to the owner). People like him spoil the reputation of Kashmir.
He was also curt n rude n didn't provide service as per value for money. He should be brought to task immediately.
Again thanks to Mr.Munir of Green dot for his round the clock responsiveness.

It about Our recent family trip to Kashmir .. we were 4 members including a kid and we went from 25-31 March ,6 night ,7 days tour. We were from Kolkata , and as soon as we contact this operator ,they have taken care of our plan so well ,that throughout the tour we don't have face any inconveniences and difficulty in respect to our staying and convence . Though Our tour includes usual spots like pehelgam,gulmarg, sonmarg and shringar.. but I feel they have chosen the best possible location according to our budget. The vehicle and driver person they provide was excellent.. and their charges are also reasonable what I have compared to other tour operator..and mostly their response on your query is very apt and prompt. Only advice is ,it always better to contact them a little prior of your plan to get the best deal . My best wishes with them .

Hi All.. I would like to give my review on the Kashmir trip which i had booked for 6 nights 7 days on 6th April till 12th April from Green dot Travels...Like all others who wanted to visit Kashmir at least once , we also started searching for travels and found the cost was too high from the recognised travels.. Then from the tripclap we got the details of Local Kashmir travels Green dot.. From day 1,I was connecting with Mr. Muneer, he had given us a very detailed plan , was very friendly ,was reachable any time, patiently explained me everything I asked also mainly the cost was within our budget and also he gave us confidence on the trip which we all wanted when booking a new travels.. Muneer shared a good list of hotels to select...We saw the Google reviews and picked the hotels.. We were also very hesitant frankly till the 1st day in Srinagar.After we reached Srinagar on 6th April, the car driver Muzaffer was there to pick us.From day 1 till the last day Mr.Muneer contacted us daily which gave us full confidence.We had a very good stay in the hotels we stayed in Ash Vale, hotel Shefaf, pearl continental, Iram boat house in Srinagar, Hamzard hotel in pahalgam.. The hotels where clean and neat .The food was good and we liked the food mainly in Iram house boat as it was like homely food,Ash vale and hotel Shefaf.. My kid and my family enjoyed the trip . We need to visit Kasir at least once in our lifetime to enjoy the snow in sonmarg , Gulmarg and the ponni ride to mini Switzerland (baisan valley). I would surely recommend all on Green dot Travels for a Kashmir Trip. the place is safe and I thank Mr.Muneer for a very enjoyable trip which my family will remember for a lifetime and also cost would be less when you compare with other travels.
