Had a brilliant time in Sri Lanka, everything was as agreed with Grace Vacation and the bonus was the driver Jawa who is just a very genuinely nice man who went beyond to make us comfortable. A special trip!

Mr Trevin planned our entire trip very nicely. Our guide / chauffeur Romesh was also excellent, he drove through the mountain roads extremely well , he has 26years of experience. We had a good trip and Grace Vacations gave us a good customised package according to our expectations. Some of the hotels they suggested were really good for the stay. We had a great vacation in Sri Lanka, thanks to the team there. While
Trevin and I worked out the details of the trip over weeks, Kanishka
was there to help out at all the crucial times. For instance, there
was a confusion about a hotel in Unawatuna, and we contacted Kanishka
– within minutes he had fixed up a good hotel in nearby Galle. The
driver guide JB was knowledgeable, careful while driving, and
especially helpful for my wife who has a major walking/balance
problem.
We are telling our friends here about our wonderful experience in Sri
Lanka with team Grace Vacations, and I can strongly recommend them to
everyone for a memorable vacation in Sri Lanka, so that others may
also enjoy the same.

We did our bookings online and via email. The initial responses were swift and very professional. My requirements were very specific regarding luxury vehicles, and specific hotels. Once our itinerary was finalised , the owner stated that we would only have to pay when we arrived in Colombo (unlike other service providers who required payment upfront).

We were professionally greeted at the airport, and transferred seamlessly to our hotel. Our driver Nuwan was excellent.

Every item of the trip was meticulously and professionally handled by our driver/guide. I must stress that holidays are only as great as the company, and we were blessed to have Nuwan at our service.

In Colombo we stayed at the Taj, whilst in Kandy and Nuware Elya , Grace Vacations organised hotels which were of excellent standards.

In addition to the above, the office and the owner contacted us during the journey to ensure that we were happy with everything, whcih we were.

Sri Lanka is a beautiful country with wonderful people, and Nuwan apart from being our driver/guide proved to be an excellent photogrpaher.

I have no hesitation in recommending Grace Vacation to any discerning customers

Grace representative Mr. Kanishka made our vacation in Srilanka extremely wonderful by his great planning and close following up on a daily basis. I and my family enjoyed every moment we spent in Srilanka. Almost all hotels selections and sight seeing are excellent. Many thanks Grace.

I would like to extend my gratitude to JB who not only looked after us but provided us with a very memorable and safe vacation in Sri Lanka.

The only issue was the Second Hotel at the Flower Garden Hotel which the hotel was not very comfortable, there was toads in the toilet.

Apart from that we had a nice vacation. Once again thank you to JB he is a very warm person and I would like to have him bring us round the next time we engage your company.

Had a wonderful and enjoyable trip with my friends in Sri Lanka, planned by Grace Vacation. From the start, indicating our preference, interest, etc, the CEO Teady personally attended and accommodated all my requests from different arrival and departues dates, varied interests, etc from my group of 8 people for 8 days.

The itinerary was perfect from UNESECO sites, highland tea plantation, trekking in national park, safari and beach resorts. Good recommendation for hotel accommodation throughout the trip by Teady too.

Special mention and thanks to Teady as he provided a free transport arrangement from Colombo airport to Giritale in the middle of the night when 2 of my friends had flight delay and cannot meet up with the group.

Grace Vacation did a great job from the moment we touched down until departure. Very professional, efficient in all the aspects. Had a excellent stay in Sri Lanka. All arrangements were take care of from hotel booking to sightseeing to shopping at bargain outlets.

The hotels were excellent and program itself was good. The driver was accommodating and nice as well. One comment was that he was a bit out of line when he asked to have drinks with him at the hotel room even as a joke. Other than that I will recommend to my friends when they go to Sri Lanka.

From Grace vacations perspective, their readiness, response, hospitality and professionalism were amazing. My only comment was the hygene level of Suriya and Hikkatranz hotels in which Grace vacations intervened to fix very positively, other than that it was a very nice trip.
