We were a family of 5 including one toddler and 2 senior citizens.Chamil, our travel agent, was very polite and professional throughout the trip. He was diligent in taking all reviews everyday. Kumara, our driver never felt like a third person. Went above and beyond to ensure we had the best of experiences. Provided many valuable insights. Would highly recommend Chamil and Kumara if anyone planning trip to Sri Lanka. Indeed a pleasant experience with Global Island tour operators.

We loved our trip to Sri Lanka, which was only possible with Global Island. Chamil was very responsive when I was planning the trip from the U.S.
He was great at communication and made the whole process stress free. We saw and did some much with our time there [6 days]. We wish we even had more time. He assigned us the best guide and driver we could ask for- Mr. Kumara. When our flight changed, this company made some adjustments and helped arrange last minute accommodations. Their customer service is beyond 5 stars!!! I highly recommend.
