I believe this could have been handled better with an early discussion or a more transparent approach. While it didn’t overshadow the overall experience, addressing such details in advance would enhance the planning process further.

Unexpected surprises . Worst stay experience

Service was average and needs lots of transparency at travel agents end.The trip itinerary should be made as per requirement with all disclosure so that the client choose accordingly.The package charges were for premium section and service provided specially for planned places were poor.

Our Singapore trip was really well planned and well arranged. Freezemytrip took care of all our process from visa, pickup, sightseeings and everything was smooth. We would surely recommend their services.
