First of all, I would like to mention special thanks to Mr. Mudassir who left no stone unturned to make my Kashmir trip wonderful. I placed him a request to change my room during my 2nd day stay and he personally visited the hotel and helped me to change my room. He arranged all things so well and did all follow up right from a day before my holidays till I reached Delhi. I definitely recommend him for all your Kashmir holidays.

Also, I want to mention that people of Kashmir are very warm, helpful and friendly. They just love their guests.

Amazing experience with flora tour and travels, last month i had a trip to kashmir with 2 of my friends n it was an awsm experience with my travel planner muddasir bhaijaan , it was a well managed trip, good hospitality, proper heating systems in all hotels, the hotels are well sanitized n the staff is so friendly, with my 15 days experience in kashmir i recommend u to go with them, they will manage a trip for u according to ur budget.

Service from Flora Tours was excellent, Driver was also good, Electricity problems in Hotels, Also Hot Water problems. Rest Kashmir is very buetiful, worth visiting during winters. Houseboat was also good.

Warm welcome and very nice treatment received from Shakir, Driver Bunty and Sunny.Very good experience of this whole tour specially Hotel Sheffaf staff and it's service are always recommendable. Kashmir is really heaven also the local person are very co-operative and supportive.Every season are different in Kashmir, Gulmarg is memorabl for gondola ride and natural beauty which is awesome,Sonmarg's glacier point are nice,Srinagar city is beautiful for garden and If you like vally, river must visit to pahelgam. Ponny/horse rides and owener of ponny/horse are disturb you lot when you visited those beautiful places just ignore those if you don't want ponny/horse ride.House boat not recommended beacause it's not good(food quality ,all services are very very poor), Meadow hotel in Gulmarg is very good it's near to Gandola and maintain very well, service is also good. pahalgam ladder view resort experience not joyfull due to electricity issue and service was not up to the mark.
Local kasmiri persons are very supportive and always ready to help and guide to tourist.Thanks to Bunty, Sunny for good car and transport service and providing local information at the time travelling for one place to another place.Last but not the least overall tour arrangement was good, Thanks Shakir for your valuable support and quick response which you provided every moment in our tour.

Our J & K trip search started with quotation and right travel itinerary. Flora tour and travels give lowest quotation with good hotels stay. They are ready to do all modification in travel itinerary as required. Also given right suggestion that we came to know after our trip. I feel when you are going some places 1st time where you don’t know anything then we need some good adviser and where trip adviser helped lots.

Our cab driver is very friendly in nature giving full background around destination and current situation so you will prepare yourself and avoid any financial loss. We faced lot rain during our trip but our cab friend managed our itinerary so well that we have not skipped anything. Thank you for all your support during our wonderful trip
