NEVER OPT THEIR SERVICE..Poor coordination overseas..
These people are totally messed up..
The Itinerary they offered us was totally misaligned with what we recieved from tour operator in Bali; Atleast one thing was missing from the predecided schedule everyday and to make it worst we were denied Lunch after grabbing a table in the resturant stating that lunch isnt included ...after driving 3 hours.
To top this up no one replied calls and messages seeking clarification on these issues and a simple message of refund of some amount was recieved.
